Comentarios: It has been a very intense learning curve to become familiar with the software, but it is reflecting on the language and terminology used in the cemetery industry which helped immensely.
The depth and capabilities of the software is exciting as there is always the options to expand and adapt to the need of the organisation.

A complex and dedicated business solution for the cemetery and crematorium industry. Byondpro software solution is providing the full integration of the necessary administrative, client focused, financial, operational and legal functions of managing a cemetery professionally.

Contras:

The additional focus of providing at times a graphical step-by-step guidance in the User Guide would be appreciated.

The ability to leave comprehensive notes on person and sale records assists greatly in achieving a timely and high customer service.
The GSM phone App has greatly simplified our ability to achieve our OHS requirements while providing real time updates to managers and supervisors.
