Mejora tu plan de Mantenimiento con MAINTAIN X

Comentarios: excelente me ha permitido crear un plan de mantenimiento para el area de produccion donde trabajo, pudiendo gestionar ordenes de trabajo, costos y tiempos de mantenimiento

Puntos a favor:

en mi cuenta poder realizar una gestion de mantenimiento de forma sencilla, ordenada por medio de plantillas personalizadas, a su vez puedo ver costos, inventario, tipo de mantenimientos, la pieza o producto, realmente lo recomiendo se trabaja de forma mas ordenada sobre todo en las lineas de produccion

Contras:

es un poco costoso realmente no todos pueden tener aceso al software, ademas es ideal ver tutoriales por internet a pesar de que es algo intituivo

Excelente implementación del programa

Comentarios: Excelente en todos los sentidos, muy recomendado

Puntos a favor:

La facilidad del uso a la hora de programar tareas de mantenimiento

Contras:

En la versión móvil puede que no se encuentren con facilidad algunas funciones

Amo MaintainX

Comentarios: Me encantó la experiencia del curso y la facilidad de aprender y obtener herramientas que te ayudarán en tu ámbito profesional y personal.

Puntos a favor:

La forma de enseñar en sus cursos y la facilidad que se aprende.

Contras:

Que no se pudo descargar el certificado.

Ha permitido a nuestras areas encargadas estar al dia con el mantenimiento preventivo de todas las areas.

Contras:

Hacen falta caracteristicas pero el programa funciona muy bien

Gestión eficiente del flujo de trabajo con KeepX: la perspectiva de un usuario

Comentarios: En general, mi experiencia con KeepX ha sido en gran medida positiva. A pesar de los inconvenientes menores, la plataforma ha facilitado mucho la gestión de los flujos de trabajo y la organización.

Puntos a favor:

He estado usando KeepX durante bastante tiempo y debo decir que ha mejorado drásticamente la gestión de mi flujo de trabajo. Me encanta lo fácil de usar e intuitiva que es la interfaz.

Contras:

Aunque en general estoy satisfecho con KeepX, me he encontrado con algunos contratiempos en el camino. A veces, la aplicación se retrasa al sincronizar datos entre dispositivos, lo que puede ser frustrante cuando se trata de tareas urgentes.

Excelente software de mantenimiento

Comentarios: Una muy buena experiencia, lo recomiendo.

Es una excelente herramienta de seguimiento, trazabilidad y gestión general de mantenimientos preventivos, predictivos y correctivos.

Contras:

Realmente es muy difícil destacar algo malo cuando en realidad es una herramienta importante en cualquier tipo de gestión de ingeniería y mantenimiento

Buena plataforma para sistema de mantenimiento

Comentarios: Como sistema de mantenimiento fácil de usar es un 10.

Puntos a favor:

Me parece que la interfaz que utiliza es clara y sencilla de utilizar.No se necesita un proceso largo de aprendizaje para manejarte con la aplicación.

Contras:

No tengo nada en contra de este software funciona bastante bien.

Excelente software para monitoreo de tareas

Puntos a favor:

Fácil manejo de la plataforma, me ayuda mucho al seguimiento de procesos tanto a personal, como a tareas específicas, si necesito desglosar una tarea y personalizarla antes de pasar a la otra me lo permite.

Contras:

Podría ofrecer más soporte al aplicativo, pero de resto muy buena

Contras:

Quick implementation

Puntos a favor:

Its very intuitive, easy to work with, easy to implement, and easy to train the team on.

Contras:

Its a little pricey, but the cost is worth the information, and overall use of the system to bring all of our facility equipment together.

MaintainX review

Comentarios: Overall my experience has been positive with MaintainX. There are still some things we're working on tweaking to have it meet the needs of our company.

Puntos a favor:

I like the ability to document maintenance and setup reminders and schedules for tasks.

Contras:

I find it difficult to review the work that has been completed and check on my team's work to make sure the work is getting done.

Great Support when transitioning to digtal

Comentarios: "It's been a challenging journey, but most of the problems you are facing are due to the presence of incorrect data. This is where our customer support team comes in. I hold regular meetings with them to ensure that we are all set for success. I do wish that the app had a more user-friendly interface, with visual aids and a search function similar to Google. However, I must say that it is a well-designed and forward-thinking product that will certainly enhance your overall efficiency."

Puntos a favor:

Great support and they are on the right path to have an front line first app

Contras:

The lack of customizations and the lack of levels of access and cost.

MaintainX is the best CMMS platform on the market

Comentarios: MaintainX is the best CMMS platform that I have used in my long tenure as a Facility Manager! It's easy to convert to from another platform, the customer support is exceptional, and new users that may not have great computer skills can easily adapt.

Puntos a favor:

MaintainX is mobile based first! Meaning all the basic user functions of the platform are geared toward mobile use. Users that aren't admins, really have no need to be tied to a desktop and anyone can use their smartphone or tablet. Also, my customers love being able to submit a ticket without needing pesky logins or passwords to keep up with! Scan the QR Code, tell us your problem, and the ticket is created. It's that easy!

Contras:

The only con I've found is not being able to filter certain assets out of an asset report before it goes to CSV, but that data is easy to filter out in Excel.

Great streamlined program

Comentarios: We have had a great experience with the program. I would love it if adding a new user it automatically went to a requestor vs automatically wanting to add them as an admin. We have had times when we accidentally tossed someone in the wrong category resulting in charges we didn't need.

Puntos a favor:

the ease of use including the optional phone app!

Contras:

we find the reporting side to be a little bit clunky but have had wonderful customer service in troubleshooting!

Amazing, Versatile Product

Comentarios: From tech support to execution we have had a great customer service and support feel with MaintainX.

Puntos a favor:

Versatitilty to meet a variety of needs within the company.

Contras:

My time is limited and figuring out all the options within the program takes some time.

Strong automated maintenance tracking

Comentarios: At first the platform takes a while to get used to but once I figured it out, it was easy to use.

Puntos a favor:

I like the automated maintenance tracking system.

Contras:

The system is lacking a log book. I would like the ability to log a significant event without having to create a work order.

Comentarios: MaintainX has been a game changer for me and my team allowing us to keep up with work orders much easier and has made operations much more efficient.

MaintainX is extremely user friendly as well as mobile friendly.

Contras:

MaintainX is limited to what all you can accomplish unless you have the enterprise plan.

MaintainX - Easy to Use!

Comentarios: MaintainX helped eliminate the need for multiple excel sheets. The information can be disseminated across multiple levels of production and be used to make informative decisions.

Puntos a favor:

The ease of setup. From onboarding to going through each feature the platform is easy to follow and very intuitive.

Contras:

Nothing yet. From my experience with the app and web browser I have not found any major hangups which could cause me issues.

Well executed CMMS

Comentarios: Easy implementation with plenty of support. Large base of knowledge for help aids in configuring the software to specific needs.

Puntos a favor:

Setting up work orders, asset, parts and procedures is very simple. User interface is intuitive.

Contras:

Needs more user types, with appropriate cost, to allow for greater flexibility

Upgraded from Excel

Comentarios: Our experience has been wonderful! Our customer success manager [sensitive content hidden] has been amazing. She is quick to answer any questions or jump on a meeting to walk us through something that is new to us. I would recommend MaintainX a thousand times over.

Puntos a favor:

MaintainX has allowed us to better track our assets and our preventative maintenance. We have gotten rid of our outdated Excel sheets and upgraded to a system that keeps track of everything for us and reminds us when we have missed something. MaintainX has cut down on our data entry time as everything only needs entered once and not new every year.

Contras:

We've had MaintainX for over 6 months now and have yet to find a con.

MaintainX makes organizing and showing corrective actions for inspections easy!

Comentarios: Overall MaintainX has helped keep our managers and operators on task with what needs to be done and when.

Puntos a favor:

It automatically creates corrective action work orders for items that need correction.

Contras:

The lack of being able to get alerts for work orders that are due.

Makes my life easier!

Comentarios: Amazing and wish we would have found and been able to deploy the product years earlier. But so happy we have made the switch!

Puntos a favor:

The ease of use and features plus the incredible response from the entire team from management to tech support is amazing.

Contras:

Nothing at all! I have worked in several systems and by far this is my favorite.

Capstone Review

Comentarios: Overall I cannot fault this system and would definitely recommend it to anybody.

Puntos a favor:

The customer support has been above and beyond. [sensitive content hidden] has been guiding us every step of the way and has been outstanding in setting up our system. He is a credit to the company.

Contras:

I haven't found any yet. The entire process from start to finish and ongoing has been excellent.

QuidelOrtho MaintainX review

Comentarios: It has been great. Managing spare parts and locations has been very simple. Tying workorders to assets and showing how often work is done to that asset has been very helpful.

Puntos a favor:

User Friendly . Very robust system. Makes spare parts management easy.

Contras:

The Apple barcode scanning when using bulk printed QR codes. The ability to distinguish the units after the URL code is not working with apple. It does work with Android though.

MaintainX isn't just a maintenance program but an entire facility management program

Comentarios: MX has more than 500 employees at this stage and I've interacted with quite a few over the three years and they have all been awesome... But I just have to give a shout out to [sensitive content hidden], my MX dream team and absolutely exceptional to work with.

Puntos a favor:

MX is an ever changing program and it's constantly getting better. I signed up approx 3 years ago and they have launched feature upgrade after feature upgrade in that time. The system was already awesome when I got it and helped streamline a lot of the things we were struggling to get organized properly, but after three years they have launched so many more updates with features that make it absolutely exceptional.

Contras:

I would like to see the ability for me regular staff that aren't on MX to be able to complete a daily check list without quadrupling my price.
