Comentarios: from the start of our search for a new cloud based system to now, I have been impressed with the hard work and dedication of the WHS Monitor team. from your sales teams to your customer service, technical staff and beyond, everyone is always happy to assist. Our experience has been very positive which is why we are now upgrading to use all the WHS modules.

Puntos a favor:

Customer service is the best part of this software. Responses are immediate , employees take it upon themselves to not only answer any questions you have, but to help you understand the full capabilities of the system.

Contras:

Nothing as of yet. We are now going from single module use to an enterprise agreement for the whole company, so ask me again in a few months :)

That it has an App available for the team use on the ground as required

Contras:

Adding SDS is a little difficult, I had to call for support to work this out

Incident reporting in real time, makes it easier for workers out on sites to instantly report incidents immediately without the hassle of coming into the office to complete paperwork.

Contras:

When initially setting up we had some issues, but they were solved very quickly by the support team.

Comentarios: Having current SDS at all cleaning stations

Puntos a favor:

Storage of information for our facility. To meet the Accreditation standards.

Contras:

Regular upgrade of out of date SDS. Adding new chemicals from the limited database

Comentarios: We now have a system where you can find everything and everyone can access the data easily.

Puntos a favor:

Covers every aspect of safety for our business

Contras:

Could be more adaptable to our requirements, being able to add / change fields quickly.
