> Our experience with 360dialog was a complete disaster. They automatically deducted funds from our CC without permission, and then kept charging us for months even though we hadn't used anywhere close to the supposed "free" limit of 1000 conversations a month.When we asked for our money back, they refused to give it to us unless we closed all our phone numbers registered with them. We complied with their demand and closed all our phone numbers, but still never received a refund. It's a total ripoff. They essentially stole hundreds of dollars from us and left us with no recourse.We strongly recommend that you stay far away from these scammers. If you are looking for messaging solutions, we suggest considering just directly using meta, as its a lot cheaper (no 50eu month fee per numbder) and you wont run the risk of getting scammed.
