Comentarios: En general, mi experiencia con Rippling ha sido muy positiva. La capacidad de gestionar todos los aspectos relacionados con los empleados en un solo lugar ha simplificado enormemente nuestras operaciones comerciales. Comentarios: En general mi experiencia co este software es muy satisfactoria y muy positiva porque me ayuda a que mi trabajo sea más fácil y eso lo hace agradesco mucho y lo recomiendo.

Me encanta que puedo llevar un control de horas y pagos de mi equipo me a hecho más fácil ala hora de hacer el mi trabajo.

Contras:

Un poco el uso en algunas cosas me resulta difícil aún usarlo pero creo que puede mejorar.

Comentarios: Utilizo Rippling diariamente para la gestión de las nóminas de mi empresa, es una herramienta que aparte de gestionar y calcular las nóminas, calcula también todos los impuesto y deduciones, ahorrando así bastante tiempo a final de mes.

Lo que más me gusta de Rippling, es su fácil uso y su forma de automatizar el proceso de nóminas de una empresa. Al ser una herramienta digital, evita que en las nóminas existan errores humanos y haciendo mucho más llevadero este trabajo.

Contras:

Lo que menos me gusta es que no tiene versión gratuita, ya que no ofrece una prueba gratis; aunque su tarifa es muy baja y está al alcance de cualquier empresa

Best in Class HR and Benefits Platform

Comentarios: Rippling is by far the best HR and benefits management platform that I have seen. My best experience was in getting help about my FSA/HSA questions. The team at Rippling was super helpful in helping me understand and clarify my questions. Apart from that, the overall UI makes it seamless to navigate to the required information.

Puntos a favor:

Rippling as an HR management and benefits software solution is easy to use and intuitive, and the help support is the best in class. I've used Rippling as an employee and also as a manager, and it is very straightforward as to where to go to look up my benefits, pay statements, and understand the structure or the site. I've also used it as a manager and it is easy to approve time off requests, look at org charts, etc.

Contras:

This is not a con per se but being a data professional, I would love to see more analytics provided as an employee that consolidates my pay data into a visual dashboard so I can see my pay, taxes, etc. for different years (and year to date).

Go for Rippling - without a doubt, it's useful.

Comentarios: Super easy to get started, has a super easy learning curve, superb functionality, and is a literal lifesaver for remote work across geographic lines.

Puntos a favor:

The information that is often needed but is scattered and can be collated is collated here. People sometimes fail to understand that, even though employers or recruiters might be open to telling the employees or emailing the employees the details that they ask for, without bias and promptly, it is still less preferable than having all the relevant information on demand, in one location. It adds to the usability and convenience while removing an obstacle.

Contras:

Engineering bugs. A product at this level cannot have engineering bugs show up in production. Errors should have try-catch blocks. The process should add relevant hold timers and checks so that incidents like emailing a rippling link to the employees, which isn't yet active on the platform, are avoided.

Charged $2,000+ in erroneous fees and 6 month in with no resolution, mining staff data for sales

Comentarios: Unresponsive and way too expensive for the quality of services. We've been charged over $2,000 in erroneous fees for payroll errors they caused and have not fixed, despite 6+ months of multiple help tickets submitted.

Their sales team and customer service was helpful in the initial stages when they were soliciting our business. After that, things went downhill.

Contras:

We've used Rippling since 2022 as an all-in-one HR and Payroll provider platform and it's been a nightmare. Their payroll system does not allow for the most basic exemptions based on certain qualifications and they've charged us over $2,000 in fees for missing tax agency accounts that we never needed to set up in the first place. We've been fighting for more than 6 months to resolve it and keep hitting a brick wall of AI response and closed cases with no actual resolution. Their customer service is abysmal once they have your money and a contract. They've also been mining our employee's profiles to soliciting their personal emails for sales pitches. Stay away.

- Fast user experience. - Quick access and single sign-on to Benefits, HSA, 401k account. - Ability to split up the paycheck into 2 different bank accounts.

Contras:

Accessing Benefits section from phone is challenging. I had to turn the phone to the side to be able to read it otherwise all the data is merged when holding vertically.

Best platform to manage multiple workforce tasks

To start off - Rippling is beautifully designed! It is super user intituitive, navigation between different tabs is very easy. Which makes self-service in the platform very conveneint. My company leverage other Rippling products as well such as Surveys,device management, virtual LDAP and BIG PLUS for other apps integrations that makes it so easy to manage day to day tasks under one platform. I love logging into Rippling almost everyday.

Contras:

Rippling's time and attendance feature lacks productivity reports that tell you how employees use their time.

User-Friendly

Comentarios: We integrated with Rippling for our payroll and it has been fun and easy to use. The software is user friendly and it fulfills our needs nicely.

Rippling is easy to use! The software is user-friendly. You can clock in remotely, request time off and easily access your paystubs.

Contras:

They only con I see is when requesting time off, it does not take in to account us having weekends off. You have to put in two break up your time off into different requests if there is a weekend in between.

More intense features

Comentarios: Rippling is so far very comfortable to ADP. I believe rippling, has a few features that are far better than it’s competitors. I would highly recommend.

What I really like about Ripley was the ability to be able to track the employee location when they clocked in we kept them all honest

Sometimes it would go down and we’re having issues clocking them in so in the background we had to clock them in manually

Comentarios: Rippling is so easy to use. It is a modern and intuitive design that is easy to navigate for users of all levels of technical expertise. The centralized platform is great because it offers a single place to manage all aspects of HR including payroll, benefits, time tracking, onboarding, and employee data. It is also known for providing responsive and helpful assistance to users. Overall fantastic software!

Rippling: A great application

Comentarios: Rippling is easy to use and a very important tool. We log in/ log out on this tool, we can see our company mission, vision, and philosophies, we can see our org chart and it has our payroll.

Puntos a favor:

I love to use rippling as it is very user friendly, it can be access through phone, tablet, laptop and PC, and it holds most information about our company.

Contras:

To be honest, there is nothing I can say bad towards rippling.

Rippling is okay and has no problems or issues.

Comentarios: Overall a good experience using the system from both the user and administrator point of view. It has all the components needed to run the HR functions smoothly.

Rippling needs to improve the payroll component as sometimes it takes a lot of time to configure the changes.
