Una plataforma escalable para RRHH
Comentarios: En general luego de la primera etapa de pruebas de aciertos y errores si es muy potente.
Puntos a favor:
Me gusta la forma que integra los objetivos de la empresa con la evaluación de desempeño, la posibilidad de consolidar toda la información clave para el desarrollo del personal.
Contras:
La configuración inicial nos ha costado tiempo, el acompañamiento inicial es muy general. Eso ha sido lo más difícil

Es sorprendente lo sencillo pero significativo que resulta supervisar el rendimiento de los empleados e interactuar con las personas en tu red.
Contras:
La experiencia del usuario podría mejorarse en algunas partes; el proceso de retroalimentación no fue completamente intuitivo la primera vez que lo usamos. - Sería genial tener más personalizaciones para los OKR y más opciones para mensajes automatizados.

Comentarios: Leapsome es una plataforma muy completa y efectiva para la gestión de recursos humanos y el desarrollo de los empleados de una compañía.
Puntos a favor:
Es muy fácil de usar y ofrece una gran cantidad de herramientas para la gestión de recursos humanos. Es muy útil para la mejora del desempeño y el desarrollo de los empleados.
Contras:
La curva de aprendizaje puede ser un poco dura al principio, ya que cuesta hacerse con la herramienta, pero una vez que le coges la dinámica es muy sencillo.
Herramienta de gestión del talento
Comentarios: Es una herramienta que es muy útil a la hora de gestionar el talento de un departamento o compañía.
Puntos a favor:
Tiene una iterfaz de usuario muy intuitiva. Puedes definirte fácilmente objetivos marcados para cada empleado y ver su desempeño. Proporciona una valiosa información para una eficiente gestión de os recursos humanos.
Contras:
De momento en el tiempo que llevamos usándolo no hemos encontrado ningún punto negativo que sea reseñable.
Una interfaz fácil de usar, fácil de establecer y alcanzar objetivos
Comentarios: En general, disfruto usar Leapsome para establecer objetivos y valoro los recordatorios electrónicos que incluyen actualizaciones de objetivos.

Me gusta la interfaz de usuario, es más fácil de usarla a comparación de otras plataformas.
Contras:
Al principio, era algo complicado lograr ingresar a la plataforma, pero ah mejorado .

It's amazing how easy yet impactful it is to monitor employee performance and interact with individuals in you network.
Contras:
Up until now, everything has been smooth sailing and I haven't encountered any problems while using it.

Leapsome gave us a way to hold 360s that worked with our unique company structure
Comentarios: Previously all feedback was given via Excel sheets, which made it really tricky to keep track of. People found it tedious to give feedback in this way, and it was also creating issues with transparency because everyone was conscious of how the data was being forwarded through HR. It felt strange that as a forward-thinking software company, we were using outdated methods for our internal processes. But we also found it difficult to standardise processes within our unique company structure. We found Leapsome easy to roll out incrementally, and were relieved by how enjoyable it was to use – people finally felt engaged with their HR processes. It’s halved the amount of time our HR team spend on these processes, and because there’s more ongoing communication between teams we all have a better idea of our roles and feel more engaged.
Puntos a favor:
The platform makes it possible for us to run 360 peer reviews as we want to, and encourages our employees to give each other ongoing feedback. It’s made our HR processes not only more efficient but also more transparent. The tool was surprisingly simple to roll out, and there was a really positive response from the managers and employees – so now we’re looking at using the rest of Leapsome’s features, like 1-on-1 meetings and engagement surveys. We were also very impressed by the Leapsome customer team, who visibly incorporated our feedback into the platform before we had even decided to use it! They were the only tool that we could see were seriously passionate about acting on feedback themselves, and their answers to our support requests have been consistently prompt and helpful.
Contras:
We have had some minor, short-term issues, such as where to find a particular setting in the app and we have a few requests for new features, however, every time we see anything like this, the Leapsome product team is always quick to respond and improve the platform based on our suggestions.
Improve Interactions
Comentarios: It Offers powerful platform for improving employee performance and interactions.
Puntos a favor:
The 360 feedback and performance review system stands out most and OKRs management tools are fantastic for aligning contribution. The survey provides to improve employee satisfaction.
Contras:
Pricing is higher for small business and startups.

Contras:
Unfair terms presented for renewal. Beat around the bush to reduce from 100 licenses to 30 licenses, since we are only using about 14. It is unfair because we won't be using it for a whole 3 months during the summer and do not know the certainty of the next school year. Made us lock into another contract without letting us know of a renewal for a whole year. Waste of money.

The sales and customer service from leapsome is second to none! They're a developing company, "new" to the market, but they are pushing out new features every month! If you have an issue they're just one ticket away, and reply within 2 hours normally, always helpful. The tool works great too, it makes sense :)
Contras:
I think the performance management feature could use more customisation, but i know they are working on bringing the best features to the biggest amount of users.
Leapsome - Great Features and Very Helpful
Puntos a favor:
First, I like that Leapsome easily integrates with other applications. Leapsome makes handling engagement surveys and also onboarding easy. It is also an amazing learning solution.
Contras:
I find all features of Leapsome amazing and no complaints.
Suitable and efficient for staff feedback
Comentarios: We have been using it for the entire company for 2 years now and the processes have been established and the workflow has been simplified.
Puntos a favor:
It is very easy to use. It is particularly useful for HR issues and all information and data are handled clearly. It has made our work in the company easier to document feedback with employees.
Contras:
It takes some getting used to at first if you're coming from another tool, but it really goes very quickly.
Best LMS Software
Comentarios: My best experience is the usability and saves our lot of time for the best perfomance.

Comentarios: It's been a year now since we implemented Leapsome and overall we are satisfied. We still have a long way to go on mastering the tool, and Leapsome still has some developments to have a 5* rating platform .
Puntos a favor:
The software aims to integrate everything related with performance, engagement and career management.They try to accomodate all possible use cases, which in most of our scenarios we were able to migrate our manual processes to Leapsome.Overall well thought, with a good % of customization - goals feature is brilliantly designed.
Contras:
UI UX could be better.Career paths management/setup could be better designed/have better features. Some limitations to some customization extent but they're welcome to feedback.No way to integrate employee important career data to have a centralized information to managers (for .eg. I can setup attributes to employees but managers cant see them).
The best app to check meetings, praise and conduct surveys about performance
Comentarios: I really have a boost when using Leapsome, I love small animations which are popping up when you do an action, I love the colours and the modern design, I am also using it for the meeting notes and agenda.

I love the friendly setup of the platform and the simplicity of use, mostly I use it for the praising the colleagues and it does solve a lot regarding giving positive feedback and having mood boost

What I value most about the tool is the simplicity with which you can manage complex issues such as performance review, employee follow-up, objectives, etc. In addition, with Leapsome you can be relaxed and forget about tracking your tasks because its notifications make your life easier. Thanks to Leapsome we are now closer to our employees, we make career path reviews more professional and efficient, among many other things. In addition, they have a great customer service team. They have a very agile and close attention. I recommend it 100%!
Contras:
It would be interesting if they would allow to make a more detailed company and employee organization chart, to help remote companies to have a centralized site where to see the detail of all the teams and employees.

You can build own questions and create assessments according to questions. Splitting to departments and seeing averages of the answers

Might be I am not aware, but if to remove the Head of the departments answers /team leads answers, you cannot sort the answers according to the seniority levels of each vertical. To see what is the common answers of each seniority level within the same position to pull out relevant data
A must have tool!
Comentarios: The support is very helpful. There is good communication between the assigned contact partner, that is always willing to share best practices. I really like the Leapsome content (I enjoy the blog!), their philosophy and mission.

Overall I find Leapsome and all its features very useful and supports a full range of activities that are crucial for employee engagement. The meeting feature enabled us to create more organized meetings and follow-ups. Secondly surveys and analytics, gives a great user experience and great insights to actionable feedback. Finally, I really love the fact that Leapsome is living up to their values and is continuously developing and improving.
Contras:
The integration of development talks with Google Calendar, and I would find very useful - implementation of an internal calendar for everyone to have an overview of ongoing or/and scheduled Leapsome activities: meetings, 1:1, development talks
A valuable performance review & feedback tool that any fast-growing company would benefit from using
Comentarios: After implementing Leapsome, time spent on administrative HR processes was reduced by 90%. Of course, this has been a huge relief for our HR team – but the whole review process has also become more clear and meaningful for all the managers and employees involved. By helping everyone to exchange more honest, growth-oriented feedback we can use our performance reviews to drive learning without being burdened with paperwork. We were also particularly impressed by the Leapsome team, and how they responded to our suggestions for the platform. It’s clear that they care about feedback as much as we do!

Leapsome makes all our administrative HR processes so much easier to tackle. Now that we have a tool specifically designed to conduct performance reviews, we no longer need to rely on Google Forms – and because the platform has professionalised our feedback culture, employees and managers actually give each other better review feedback. The best thing about implementing Leapsome is knowing we’re now in a better position to support our employees in their development so that they can grow along with the company.

If I could change anything about our experience with Leapsome, I simply would’ve started using it sooner!

We are a little company, and we use it to have a 360 evaluation of our working colleagues
Contras:
I guess I will have some cons as we expand it´s use, but don´t have any at this point

The whole setup is very easy for understanding and very clear. The whole tool is self-explained. Absolutely user friendly!
Contras:
You can't add an individual development budget and individual development ways.
