Comentarios: Ha sido de mucha utilidad, nos ha permitido saber de cualquier eventualidad con nuestros servidores en la nube, así como de sus estatus. Nos ha permitido saber si tienen alguna vulnerabilidad que pudiera poner en riesgo a la organización.

Puntos a favor:

Su variedad de monitores lo que permite monitorear muchas de las funcionalidades de los sitios web que manejamos en la nube. Además, no se requiere ninguna instalación local.

Contras:

Realmente no hay nada que me guste menos.

Excelente herramienta

Comentarios: me gusta mucho dado que mi jefe me dio una nota sobresaliente ya que es una herramienta que nos resuelve muchas cosas que no teníamos monitoreando

lo mejor de la herramienta es poder tener todo en uno, me encanta poder tener todas las maneras de resolver situaciones en una

Contras:

solo tarda un poco al entrar a cada modulo

SOFTWARE DE MONITOREO COMPLETO

Comentarios: Es un software con el cual puedo monitorear todo tipo de servicios.

Que me notificaba sobre los cambios de mi red.

Contras:

Cuando busco tutoriales de las configuraciones de Site24x7 no encuentro muchos y mucho menos en español. :c

Facil uso y facil configuracion

Comentarios: La manera de configurar fu muy fácil ademas de que cumple al 100% con lo que necesito monitorear

Lo fácil e intuitivo que es de usar, ademas de que cumple con lo que buscábamos para realizar los monitoreos

Contras:

Nada por el momento, me parece un recio justo por lo que se puede realizar, ademas de que es fácil de usar y cumple con lo que se buscaba

Excelente servicio

Comentarios: Hasta el momento hemos tenido una experiencia excelente con el servicio Site24x7, pues nos ha permitido identificar métricas de nuestros servicios que antes no podíamos visualizar con su correspondiente trazabilidad.

Puntos a favor:

La trazabilidad que se puede tener del monitoreo de los diferentes componentes.

Contras:

En ocasiones se presenta un poco de lentitud al ingresar al portal de monitoreo de Site24x7 para visualizar la información.

Comentarios: Tiene bastante Fluides al momento de navegar en las pestañas de monitoreo

Ciertos bugs con respecto a las graficas y ampliar un poco mas los resúmenes de las métricas

Que es muy intuitivo y te da la posibilidad de visualizar por completo, las características de los servidores y sus transacciones.

Contras:

La forma de actualizar la monitorización de nuevos recursos.

Contras:

Ninguna por el momento, la experiencia ha sido satisfactoria

Segun mi opinion las mejores caracteristicas de Site24x7 es la facilidad para configurar soluciones y apartir de ellas porder observar, realizar reportes y alarmas.

Contras:

Segun mi opinion los que no me gusta de Site24x7 es la falta de integraciones con otras herramientas.

es algo lento el refresco de la información , pero creo es mi internet

La opción que más impacta es la notificación vía SMS, llamada de voz.

Se debe mejora las pruebas de usuario respecto a la monitorización.

Comentarios: Using Site24x7 is fantastic. Monitoring of services is much easier.

Puntos a favor:

I love the proactive monitoring capability of Site24x7. Because it uses multiply sites or datacentres in it services , you are able to pick quickly from the dashboard when services starts degrading. With it RUM feature, it is easy to monitor the user experience of customers from multiple locations and even tell what users are doing wrong.

Contras:

I just do not like the plenty alerts sent when degradation starts

Site 24x7 simple but powerful!

Comentarios: Overall, my experience has been great if not excellent. Their suite of applications provide a “one stop shop” for almost all IT related support software. The ease of implementation coupled with the extensive capabilities of the product greatly outperform competitors and the best part, it’s priced just right.

1. Setup is a breeze 2. Very intuitive, easy to navigate, and understand the various functions 3. Included features actually add value and are not hidden behind paywalls 4. Free trial

Contras:

1. Application support can be better. While responses are prompt, support typically points you to help documentation that may have already been read. Sometimes human assistance is preferred. 2. Custom report creation could be more straightforward. I found it difficult to create certain report types in which i needed to select all for attributes\groups but didn't find the option easily

Best Monitoring & automation software I have come across

Comentarios: We have been using this for over 3 years now and is very good value for money. The support is great as well. and overall its a very feature rich, valuable and value for money system.

Puntos a favor:

Lot of features, loads of sensors and options

Contras:

Cumbersome setup process, sometimes not easily understandable

Lots or reporting Options.

Comentarios: I would say it was good. support and pre sales was a help. also was able to get a bit of a walk though the portal which i recommend.

Puntos a favor:

number of things you can monitor and customize. they have a new pricing method now which is not as complicated.

Contras:

UI takes a bit getting used to, there is so many places you can go for stuff. you can get some monitors up and running pretty quick but i think it would take a week or 2 to get it all pretty and done up nice with all the reporting you want for a small business. if you are large it will take a month or more to install modules and getting reporting out and to a site to report it.
