Ve been with Noterro formerly Soap Vault for almost 6 years. Each year Noterro adds new innovation to help massage practices based on the needs of therapists.
Insurance details could be more specific on the intake forms. Perhaps a drop down box to select the insurance company and then the insurance companies specific boxes required to fill in.

Great software
Puntos a favor:
Very flexible, allows for a lot of customization so that you can set it up to work perfectly for your particular needs. It is the best priced software when compared to what it does.
Contras:
It has a fairly steep learning curve, but great product support through articles, tutorial videos and personal audit, so you just need to put the time in to figure it out.

Easy set up and access to help. Customer service is fast at responding. I also love Lucy as a feature. Very helpful!
Contras:
Wish it was easier to sell packages on the services offered page, without having to create a client profile. Also an easier way of splitting packages between family members

Not enough options. No physitrack link. Insurance seems too complicated option. Scribe is too much like reading a novel when used.

Comentarios: I love Noterro, I have used other programs but the amount of things Noterro offers to keep my business running and the ease of using them makes Noterro the best.
Puntos a favor:
It's easy to use, well put together program. Unlike other programs to do one thing requires more than on step.
Contras:
When something went wrong on the program or couldn't find asnwers in the help section, getting to talk to someone right away was tough. BUT that has now be resolved.

Comentarios: Been using this service for over 3 years. Takes the pressure off my shoulders with the text and email reminder the day before for my client! I love the booking system, client notes, changeable forms and more.

I love that they keep on updating and listening to what customers say. Very fast with problem solving. As a mobile therapist I'm excited for the new update called Noterro GO.
Contras:
The only downfall is Meta hasn't accepted Noterro, and we miss the link on social media for Book Now.

Noterro is a really great system and I love it!
Comentarios: Ultimately Noterro has changed my business and quite literally my life. I used to spend so much time taking phone calls from clients because they "couldn't get online booking to work" through my previous systems. Noterro does NOT have those issues and my clients never complain now about not being able to get features to work. I love Noterro and hope to be using for years. I also really like that they listen to your feedback and really want to take your advice to improve their system.
Puntos a favor:
#1 best feature is their online booking. I've had other systems before and Noterro is by far the one that makes my clients the happiest. they can easily manage appointments online without hassle and I could link noterro to my website for seamless online booking. clients love that the intake forms are easy and they WORK and don't glitch out, and clients love that they can manage appointments online through their account easily. Also online accounts are a breeze for clients to create. Previous systems through other providers have been clunky and glitchy - Noterro is very smooth and seamless for clients. I also like that it's super easy to change things (prices, services offered, descriptions, online availability, scheduling, etc). The SOAP Notes are great too because they are easy to use and Noterro is great to use mobily. I've used some systems that you can do everything EXCEPT soaps on your phone which is a hassle during a busy day seeing clients.
Contras:
So far I have only discovered 3 things I dislike about Noterro and they are minimal. Overall I REALLY love noterro and highly recommend. 1 - clients cant buy gift certificates (either online or in person). you might have a work-around for this by creating it as a service and checking out that way, or go to your check out system and check out that dollar amount. But it would be nice for clients to be able to by gift certificates online. 2 - When requesting time off, you have to go in to the calendar and make the change for each day individually instead of just selecting a time range and doing it all for one large block. Again, this is a pretty minimal thing - just takes a little extra time but could be improved at some point. 3 - I would like to have more appt reminders for clients. right now you have the option for 1 email and 1 text to go to clients and there are different reminder times you can set for depending on when you want those to go out. I personally want clients to get 2 emails and 2 texts (one of each 48 hours in advance and one of each on the day of the appointment because people tend to forget appointments).

Comentarios: very very good. any time ive had an issue- even with initial set us , noterro staff were amazing. Im in Australia, and even the time differences when solving issues wasn’t a problem. the staff are extremely helpful, and always listened, and tooknsugestions on board.

the online booking feature is excellent. it saves me so much time!

the cost of sms. the fact that 100 sms isnt 100 sms (its got to do with bit data i think)

Puntos a favor:
It is simple to learn/use, the features are excellent for massage therapists. I like that NoTerro offers a one-stop shop go charting, scheduling, invoices, reminders, uploads, insurance & payment integration. The cost is more than affordable compared with other similar sites.
Contras:
Some of the upgrades don’t apply to me, or are things that I wouldn’t integrate in my practice. These are not even cons!

Comentarios: My journey with Noterro has been an amazing one. I started using Noterro when it was name Soapvault. I highly recommend this product to all my colleagues in the industry when the opportunity permits.

Great Product
Puntos a favor:
Noterro is easy to use, quick to set up, and overall not nearly as confusing as other similar products i've used in the past. They are very quick to reply when you need help or find an error. The services consistently work, and are fixed quickly when its not working. They are always working on ways to improve the software and the user experience from all sides.
Contras:
I would like more indepth scheduling options, like being able to create "add ons" to treatments when a client is booking online. Sometimes it can be hard to find a setting if you're not accustom to the program

Contras:
The only thing it doesn’t have is the ability to track my employees hours and do their payroll on it. It does absolutely everything else and is so cheap and fairly intuitive

Excited for future growth
Comentarios: This is my second go with Noterro and it is a good experience. Everyone is extremely helpful and quick at resolving issues, answering questions and are willing to accept feedback on current functions and functions that would be great to have added. I am hopeful that the platform will continue to grow and will have everything I need in order to run my business smoothly and without the need for multiple programs. The app is a fantastic addition since my previous subscription and I am very excited to see the continued growth of the platform!

Easy to use and very easy to set up with or without the guidance of their youtube channel. There are youtube videos for any feature you aren't sure how to use, and customer support is very responsive. Software issues after updates are very quickly addressed. I love that you can click and drag to move appointments. I love that they're still developing the software to add new or requested features.
Contras:
I wish you could pinch to zoom out on the calendar of the noterro app (on android) to be able to view more. It would be easier to set up appointments on mobile (when out and about- it happens!) and to take payments linked through Square, which can only be done on mobile.

Superb Administrative Use
Comentarios: Support has always been stellar. Emails are answered super quickly. YouTube videos and How To tutorials are ready for any question. They even take suggestions for upgrades.
Puntos a favor:
I love how user friendly that it is for my admin staff. One of the features that I like the most it how it tracks everything. Booking times, who booked, who made changes to the appointment, date of invoice, date of transaction...almost everything is there! Noterro is always improving on it's services.
Contras:
When there is an upgrade, there is always a glitch somewhere in the system. Super inconvenient and at least once a year you have to learn a new feature. It messes up the flow of bookings and SOAP notes for a while.
