Comentarios: The product is clutter-free and any features that are added have simple use cases and helps in easier implementation. A good user interface to avoid daily hassles involved in bug/defect reporting daily as a tester.

Puntos a favor:

Bug identification and creation have never been simpler. Its unique way to describe and categorize the issue at hand is well sorted and makes for a clean and understandable user experience.

Contras:

There might be issues that are created and assigned by parts and during bug/defect identification and creation, assigning these bugs should have an option to assign multiple members instead of single-member.

Comentarios: Sorry but the truth is inconvenience for me. I hope Backlog can do more for me and my project.
I can't have the statistics I want at Home, I can't see overall my project ...

The color of issue can be changed, I can customize the characteristics of issue for each project.

Contras:

when I filter all issue of project , it shows parents issue and sub-issue. If I click on the arrow, which is head of parent issue, Backlog shows all of sub-issue of that parent issue, which are showed before. So many issues are showed twice. It can make me confused. I think Backlog shoud list parent issue and issue has no parent issue. About issue has parent issue, you can hide and when user click on the arrow, it can be showed. Thank you

Comentarios: My experience so far is good. I Appreciate the system.
Backlog is useful and it can really help to simplify the process within the organization and can monitor the task which is very essential in the organiztation.

Puntos a favor:

Team collaboration. It really helps with managing task within the organization and very useful because most of the team is working from home, we just need to use the backlog to monitor our progress in different projects.

Contras:

Maybe can try improving some layouts. The ticketing feature in Backlog is needs to be enhance. Also, need to register all members so that they can send an email for support and etc.

It's ui and ux interface. The website is so simple and easy to understand. It didn't even took me 2mins to understand the working of the website. I always use it whenever I manage any project. It is the best website.

Contras:

To be honest, there's nothing to dislike about this website as i said I am using it ig for a year now. Never gave me any reason to mad about or get frustrated. Totally the best website.

I like the Save as filter feature which is pretty easy get details quickly.

Contras:

Dashboard UI is not that great and Recent Updates doesn't have any date filter and because of that I need to scroll too much.

Comentarios: I love backlog - it provides a single location for me to gather all my tasks, thoughts, files, and more. It helps me keep up with the ever growing client demands that come in each day.

Backlog really keeps my work on track. I can easily enter, edit, and share my to do lists so that my whole team can coordinate together!

Contras:

I like the app itself, but there were some barriers to adoption. I think this was more of a company specific / people specific con though.

For now there’s is no features missing. Actually I haven’t use backlog for long but it’s okay with my little experience with backlog and I can highly recommend it worth spending time and money.

Comment box is quite small, sometimes it's hard to edit long comments

Comentarios: It has been overall positive. I mostly use the board function, but it has been useful for project management.

I like the board function the most. The way you can assign tasks to individuals, with a due date and additional notes for each task is very useful.

Contras:

I wish there was a faster way to assign tasks to individuals besides navigating a menu once the task is created. I wish you could assign the task while creating it.

Many of problem can be solve by backlog and i really get solving for my probles
