It's open API allowed us to develop some really cool things. Such as event tracking from our website that is attached to a users FreshSales profile.
We have customers all over the globe and it can sometimes be bothersome to find the customers time zone or simply address to ship their orders.

Pros y contras de mi plataforma de CRM favorita para pequeñas empresas
Puntos a favor:
Como CRM para pequeñas empresas, tiene mucha variedad en la automatización de tareas. Es fácil de utilizar, y se aprende rápido, lo cual es positivo para seguimiento de los leads y cuentas nuevas. También me ha gustado que lo incluyes con gmail y outlook.
Contras:
Cuando eres pequeño y necesitas 1 app para todo, me resultó un poco limitada. También el servicio técnico deja mucho que desear, ya que tardan en contestar.
Un sofware muy excelente.

Contras:
"Para impugnar un cargo que no modificarán, tuve que ponerme en contacto con el proveedor de mi tarjeta de crédito y desactivar mi tarjeta. De forma predeterminada, la facturación automática está activada para la cuenta".
CRM muy potente y completo
Comentarios: Al principio puede ser abrumadora todas las opciones que permite, pero según lo vas usando cada vez le sacas mayor partido y vas descubriendo las enormes posibilidades que ofrece!
Puntos a favor:
Aunque finalmente no fue la opción que escogimos, si fue uno de los candidatos finales. Tiene todo lo que le puedes pedir a un CRM y más! A destacar el equipo de soporte, siempre atento y dispuesto a resolver todas las dudas que te sirjan.
Contras:
Realmente no es un problema como tal, pero es un CRM con muchísimas opciones y inicialmente es muchísimas información a asimilar para comenzar a usarlo, pero a su vez la documentación e instrucciones son muy completas, además del equipo de soporte son ágiles y resolutivos.

I really like the way it keeps the sales sequences and automates them. Making sales pipelines is not a big task on Freshsales. I would say this is one of the best CRM platforms am using. Moreover, the synchronizing system of the calendar works amazingly, if I talk about the pricing of Freshsales it is cost-effective and affordable product.
Contras:
To be honest it is working perfectly, before some months I was having some issues with add-ons but after getting assistance from its customer support I resolved the issue easily, so yes now there are no cons to write here.

It is a great first CRM when you are a small company just starting your business and growing your database. I started using it in my previous role in a very small startup and it did the job for a while, the knowledge base management is great and quite intuitive. Would definitely recommend for a small budget and small startup.
Contras:
Some of the features were very tricky, the layout is not very intuitive and it is quite hard to see all your information. Once again, if you try to scale or actually do forecast/sales pipeline review, I'm not sure it is the best tool

Comentarios: Overall Freshsales is a great CRM tool for a new startup to base its sales department.

It has a great feature list. Right from adding contacts/leads to the platform, managing lead lifecycle through tasks and creating deals to incentivise the cycle, its a very easy to use platform.
Contras:
The pricing for Freshsales has to be revised as per Indian Geography. Also some basic features like Campaign Management for automated outreach is not present.
Professional experience on working with freshsales
Comentarios: I worked with builder.ai where in a lot of customers used to come in for applications which can be customised. Tracking such leads was done through freshsales. We were able to successfully get a lot of leads using this tool

Since the company I was working with was very much into building customer relationships, this product proved beneficial. Tracking customer records is the best part about it

After sales, customer support is not very extensive. Hence maintenance of long term relationships may hamper

Comentarios: Created marketing campaigns to predict sales, created scenarios to see the different results, created templates from scratch with the team to see what else we can do for more.

The design and the usage of salesforce automation feature makes Freshsales the best as it has the simplest but most effective features that enables you to create, customize, modify, and monitor sales activities. Creating several marketing campaigns in a short time is also another best feature of Freshsales, the team can work on them and generate reports to high management and even it can give you a prediction of a campaign over a time line. Integration with other products on another hand is also very usable as we used it with other software which worked fine.
Contras:
The version updates could be a headache for larger companies, migration could take a few months, customer support after sales should be much faster.

Instant information with Freshsales
Comentarios: For many companies that are just starting out, if they get the free plan it is very limited and does not allow me to do some things, it offers unlimited user integration and contact management, but it offers a totally secure environment to manage your business making sure that your data is safe at any time.

It allows users and administrators to manage and coordinate interactions with our employees and customers with ease, it has tools for customer service, its cloud calling system is excellent and dynamic, it allows us to generally manage strategies and channels of active sales.
Contras:
For many companies that are just starting out, if they get the free plan, it is very limited and does not allow me to do some things.

Outstanding software. Having everything needed in place, all lead tracking, lead generation, marketing and calls, really does the 360 feel freshworks are aiming towards. Customer support is unrivalled across all other software we have used previously. I would go as far as saying it’s better than any software or saas support I have come across.

Having too many features to implement quickly!

Easy CRM for everyone - from small to large business

I made first experience with SAGE CRM and Salesforce before I started with Freshsales. Implementation was very easy. I use it every day to follow up on sales leads and I send out a newsletter every month. But the best thing about Freshales is the support by Chat. You get immediate responses and help so that can get the job done. In most other CRM solutions there is either no support or it takes forever to respond.
Contras:
nothing really, Sometimes I miss functionality that is only available at higher costs by purchasing more expensive plans

The main thing doesn't work for us on this was the problem integrating with our ERP and we ended to move to a CRM already integrated with our ERP

Comentarios: Overall, I believe that FreshSales has been a fantastic addition to our business. Customer accounts are simple for us to access. From FreshSales, we can directly create tickets in FreshDesk.

I have been using this software for one and a half years. I initially only used the live real-time chat feature, but now I use its premium capabilities to manage my leads and send them updates and sales pitches using the simple campaign manager. I adored the user interface because it requires little intelligence to comprehend the things you need to achieve your goal. I have made use of their reporting capabilities, which aid in my decision-making based on campaign results.
Contras:
If they offered interaction with other social networks in addition to LinkedIn, such as Instagram and Facebook messaging, I would adore this feature. They only have a few integration modules at the moment. Additionally, handling and transmitting files takes considerably longer than importing them, and occasionally it gets stuck, forcing me to repeat everything.

Comentarios: Freshsales organizes our relationship with customers in the required manner, as any email from customers is answered by the responsible member in a timely manner, and we also ensure that our promotional campaign messages reach the targeted individuals and institutions within carefully studied time periods. Freshsales has also increased our organizational capabilities, as all files, messages and contact lists are easily accessible.

I really appreciate the simple, intuitive design of the dashboard, as it makes customization easy, and I can navigate between the different sections with ease. Freshsales is also good at how it sorts and classifies incoming mail, which helps us direct it to the responsible member directly, and this is reflected in the speed of response to customer requests. It is also good for the organizational capabilities that Freshsales provides, as we can create a file for each customer and we can save everything related to our relationship with him, including messages and invoices, and that they are saved on the cloud, which makes it easy to access them at any time. I greatly appreciate the scheduling capabilities that Freshsales provides, which allow us to organize the dates of sending emails or text messages to customers according to contact lists at appropriate times, and this is important so that we do not repeat messages in a random way that makes the customer feel bored. Freshsales is also great for the collaborative capabilities that it provides us as a team, where we can share updates on different tasks and also collaborate in preparing reports and marketing plans.
Contras:
Freshsales is easy to use, and it does not require a lot of time to master its effective use, in addition to that the subscription prices are appropriate and are not considered an obstacle to the involvement of all team members.

Comentarios: All-in-All it's a great software to use. I conclude with the fact that freshsales is ever changing and in my 6 months of usage I have seen anticipated improvements appear right before my eyes. It's perfect for users who are looking for a cost effective and flexible solution to customer relations. The kinks in its usage can be ironed out through support and further improvement of the software itself. It's a great CRM!

The BEST part about Freshale's is the endless capability for customizations and integrations. This allows users to create systems of follow up with multiple points of contact to the client. The new future to manage duplicates was a great addition. I also love the capability to attach documents to client files, really comes in handy.
Contras:
The system is relatively easy to understand however when it comes to usage I find it's very clunky. I can see how the open set up and free customization may overwhelm even experienced users. I would even say that, the coders and web designers at freshsales had more of an influence on this product then the relation management professionals. It sort of like a "Droid" cell phone. The technology in the phone is superior and far more advanced, yet users are not acclimated to the application of it. I would like to make two suggestions to address such. First, I'd like to point out that even though I'm bring this up in the 'con' section, I have NEVER had a problem with Freshsales support team. When in reference to the wieldiness of the software I think that Freshsales could benefit from a hand on approach and a thorough process in training the users. You see if the users understood Freshsales as much as you folks do I'm certain the above 'con' would be null. Second, in relation to the same 'con' described above I believe this can be solved more directly. What I mean by that is creating an internal prioritization based on recent actions, recent stage changes, number of exchanges, lengths of conversation and what ever variables you guys think that can measure and use as info to prioritize leads. Then possibly a dashboard view, displaying these prioritized leads as well as up coming tasks and appointments, metrics on call volume and possible targets or goals.
