Easy to use and value for money...

Comentarios: Wonderful and happy!

Puntos a favor:

Ucraft has a very good support ecosystem, ease to use widgets and truly stayed to their mantra ' Why recreate the wheel?' I am no expert, however, I have managed to understand and made pretty good progress. Have even their own Ecommerce which is great!

Contras:

Well, at times, could have delayed response which is understandable. Ecommerce is kind of stand-alone currently, not sure, how it is going to turn out for me. Fingers crossed!

Easy to Learn and Amazing Support

Comentarios: I just started my business website and I am looking forward to introducing it to the market very soon. I have full confidence to market my business since I have a professional website with Ucraft.

Puntos a favor:

It was very easy to build my own website using Ucraft. Drag and drop option is amazing and really helpful for beginners like me. Then again the pricing options and available features are quite impressive comparing to other service providers in the market. At last, but not least, GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT, whenever, you need them. Thank you very much Team Ucraft.

Contras:

No option for Domain Management and setting up emails. (As I know. however, I am not sure if I am correct because I am not an IT guy)

Ucraft needs to up its game, still has issues

Comentarios: At first I was enamored with Ucraft. It seemed to be just what I was looking for: a light, easy, landing-page creator, not as cumbersome as wordpress, but not as restrictive as wix. Yes, it is all that, but it has a couple of drawbacks that are so big, they negate a lot of the ease. The biggest one? THERE IS NO UNDO. So when I had hilited a page of text to slightly adjust the size of the font...and then my finger slipped and erased the entire page...it updates in real-time and there was no way on earth to retrieve the text. Yes the customer service response time is quick, but they seem to only be able to say, "No we can't help you." I have not yet figured out yet if it is compatible with ClickBank, so am waiting to see if it works from CB's side. Finally, right now my site is coming up with 502 Bad Gateway...this sort of issue proves the truth of the saying, "The bitterness of poor quality will be remembered, long after the sweetness of low price has been forgotten." This is the 5th website I have run, and the 4th platform I have used, but unless they really up their game I won't be using it again.

No way to save your work or save a version of your site. Updates in real-time, cannot go back to even 3 seconds ago.

Some things require some learning and are not very intuitive but with some time, and customer support, you end up learning everything you need.

Excellent Website Management

Comentarios: I used Ucraft to create a personal website to promote academic activities as well as use for recruitment purposes. Ucraft provides an excellent platform to do that- and more. If there was ever a problem that I wasn’t having, a personable support agent was able to assist. Ucraft has went above and beyond my expectations as a website development and manager.

Puntos a favor:

The backend platform is probably the most intuitive piece I have found to date- having used similar platforms.

Contras:

Some abilities, such as revamping homepages is burdensome. In order to do so, you have to customize the existing visible homepage instead of creating customizing a template out of front in view. Additionally, while the back-end menus are intuitive, some features aren’t tucked away in other settings areas.

Easy interface , Tutorials and lessons which allow every employee in our company to make changes

Contras:

Features like pop up forms not available , high css and unwanted html making the website load time very high.

Unbelievably user friendly

Comentarios: The website I made was for an NGO that helps abandoned animals in my area find homes. We are getting great responses from our followers about our page and our doggies are happy about a better chance to find a home. Finally we have a nicely organized album of all the adoptable dogs.

Puntos a favor:

It was difficult for me to believe I could make my own web page in a matter of days but Ucraft is very user friendly and they have an amazing support team. They answered all my questions in a few minutes and the overall process of making the webpage was very smooth. I would encourage everyone to give it a try.

Contras:

I haven't really encountered any downsides yet.

Using Ucraft for website building

Comentarios: So far, using Ucraft has been great. I will keep using them for clients. However, I am not compelled enough to move my personal website from Weebly to Ucraft

User Friendly

Comentarios: Overall, I have had a good experience with ucraft. I will continue to use the program, but I'm hoping that the website will add more feature to compare with skillshare and wix.

I like how the program has a very user-friendly format. I love the bar on the left side of the program that allows me to have access to everything I need for editing my website; such as colors, text boxes, images, slide shows, and premade website slides. There are a few things that this program does not offer, but what I like the most is whenever I talk to support, I always receive a very helpful, and straightforward reply. They always give me a great alternative to my problem.

Contras:

I like least, the available templates. I feel like there should be more options to choose from depending on what your websites needs are.

My Experience with ucraft

I was looking for a well-priced and fully featured service. I was able to find that with ucraft. I needed an easy and quick website builder that would work well with other services that I use. I also enjoy how they constantly update their software and customer service is always on point.

Contras:

The interface can sometimes be clunky and certain bugs pop up. However, their customer service is always ready to help.

Easy set-up and overall appearance

Comentarios: Pretty good. It's easy for beginners and helps get you out there for the most part. The price is pretty awesome for the quality as well.

Puntos a favor:

The ease of setting up the site, making edits and making it live.

Contras:

Thought there should be more in regards to tags, optimization, etc than there was or at least what I can see.

Comentarios: hire real people that can remote desktop and fix the issue, add more elements etc, really push your platform. overall its really good for someone that knows 0 percent about websites.

Puntos a favor:

It is fairly easy for a new customer to make something look professional

Contras:

The subscribe feature doesnt work. You have to turn on the SSL certificate info and this causes the website to read as in secure and blocks people from accessing the website. It gives a large red warning and looks terrible on the companies image. I have spoken to support mulitple times 3 seperate times to be honest. All three times i described what was happening, all three times they told me to do the same thing, and all three times my website crash and wouldnt load. The issue still hasnt been resolved to this day. You should do a better job of promoting websites that use ucraft. Think about it if we are happy because hey we got all this traffic dont you think it looks better on your business model? How do i see site metrics without using google analytics? you should have a built in element that captures this info and displays it on the dashboard

Support goes above and beyond to help their clients

If I have a problem or question, a knowledgeable human is easy to get a hold of. I've never had an issue that support has not been able to handle in a timely manner.

Contras:

Some settings are buried deep in sub-menus.

Ucraft is a timely, cost-effective solution to create a website for your business.

Comentarios: Love the product, kudos to the Customer Support team, looking forward to more and more integrations and useful tools.

Honestly, in the beginning it was a bit tricky, because literally this was the first time I ever put my hands on a design-related software. I was very close to quitting, because it was very intimidating for me, but here came the customer support team was so helpful, they fixed all my problems, explained all the mysteries and in the end I got what I wanted. I use this product daily and have never experienced an unsolvable issue. I recommend everybody in my industry to use this product for their business, I have sort of become a Ucraft Evangelist.

Contras:

The only con I would say is the intimidation in the beginning - just don't quit, the trial period is more than enough for you to get used to the product and create what you want.

Website Building Made Super Easy!

Comentarios: Absolutely love this software, and the customer service, 24/7, is one of the best features. There is always a friendly, knowledgable agent available to help sort out any problems. Couldn't be happier!

The support team is very nice and quick to respond and replies. They are dedicated and open to ideas. They consider to what you have to say and also pass on information very quickly to the dev team. Over I love Ucraft simply because of their very responsive web templates, support and value. Even though they are a startup they are worth investing in as they rapidly adapt to suggested ideas and consider it to improve their services. Overall I would definitely recommend to any open-minded person who is willing to help invest and develop this platform. I am just a graphic designer and user of Ucraft.

Contras:

Can be frustrating at time (but talking to support helps a lot, they generally reply very quick) Designing tools could be more versatile

Custom Service Is Second To None!

Comentarios: Being a small business owner, I understand the patience, empathy, and effort that goes into taking care of my clients. The Ucraft team was unbelievably courteous, responsive (lightening fast!), and knowledgable about EVERY nuance I encountered while building my website. Specifically, I dealt with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who not only answered (and solved) all of my questions but did it with unbelievable speed and clarity when it came to instructions. Ucraft should hang their hat on how GREAT their customer support staff really is. Its too bad not every company can provide such a stellar service. Bravo Ucraft!!!! (and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]).

Website builders (generally) are not easy to use for the novice such as I, but Ucraft did an excellent job making the interface as simple to use as possible with the "drag and drop" menus with simple graphic icons.

Contras:

I wish there was a way to place text or a graphic literally anywhere you want on the screen as opposed to predetermined snap locations and top-middle-bottom alignment limitations. A very small complaint, but not a deal breaker!

Ucraft site builder

Comentarios: Excellent easy to use, great customer service even for free accounts on a complex issue.I created nice looking web site with their easy editor and as mentioned before, their customer service was excellent in solving my issue.

Great site builder, easy editor, great images. Excellent customer service even with free account. I had multiple chats with different people on a complicated domain name transfer issue and they really persevered in getting it successfully completed where many companies would have given up on a person with a free account and complex issue but they didn't I give them the highest possible rating and will recommend them highly to business contact, family and friends and everyone else interested in site building.

Contras:

Nothing to dislike. Excellent customer service

The customer service is the BEST of any website builder i have used! The platform is very simple and easy to use. Competitive pricing is a huge plus, and i am very happy overall. This is the best site builder out there right now.

Contras:

Have had slight trouble finding blending for text. It'd be nice to add shadows to text and more fonts, occasional glitches, very minor cons and is no reason to not try it out!

My Overall Experience

Comentarios: Ucraft is the best for creating landing pages because of its drag and drop capability. And they have chat support which is really good if you are encountering problems they can easily fix it. Hopefully the replication of landing pages will be available soon and also they will have a special plan which is intended for landing pages only where you can create unlimited instead of 5 only.
