Comentarios: Gensuite has given us the ability begin the tranformation process to digital in way that has not over burdened internal resources nor required a lot of consultants to begin deployment.
Puntos a favor:
Super fast deployment that is easily scalable across the organization. Apps are initiative making the transition from paper or static databases quick.
Contras:
Some of the standard reporting options are limited to a few data points.
Love Benchmark
Comentarios: Once integrated across the organization, all incidents and corrective actions will be entered into the system. I currently keep all the information on an excel spreadsheet and I have zero visibility into the status of corrective actions.
Puntos a favor:
Action Tracking System – It holds everyone accountable and escalates to ensure everything gets done. The ability to customize the system.Looking forward to purchasing and utilizing other modules.
Contras:
I would love to see the ability to see Benchmark and TapRoot to talk to each other for Root Cause Analysis or another tool that can help with configuring for root cause analysis.
Inflexible, expensive, and inconsistent.
Comentarios: It helped us to realize exactly what we wanted in EHS software by noting all the things Gensuite can't do.
Puntos a favor:
If your business is structured exactly like GE, Gensuite will work great for you. It does basic incident reporting well, and does a good job of managing action items.
Contras:
The internal architecture of the software is inflexible. It will not allow you to make changes to forms. The user interface is ridiculously complex, and cannot be changed. After four years of use, my employees still complain about how difficult it is to enter information. If you want to make any custom changes, be prepared to open your wallet, and even then it still won't do exactly what you want it to. The user experience is so bad that Gensuite has become a joke for employees (when facing a challenging situation they say "it's still easier than Gensuite).

The Mark
Comentarios: User interface is the not easiest but I am a consistent user so it helps. But other designated employees that don't use the software as often are stumbled regularly.

Refrigerant tracking for our stores is made simple.
Contras:
User interface is a bit lackluster for inconsistent users.
Benchmark ESG overall review
Comentarios: HEICO has had a really great experience with the Benchmark Team! I feel like sometimes we have some crazy ideas but we are never told no. Our Benchmark team always tries to meet us in the direction we want to go, they listen to our request, go back to their developer team where they research what we are asking. They remain in constant communication with us to make sure they’re really understanding exactly what we are asking. They take the time to ask additional questions, provide suggestions and even give examples of successes with other projects they think would benefit us. We have had a really positive relationship with the Benchmark team!
Puntos a favor:
At HEICO we use an application called Benchmark Concern Reporting that enables our employees to log concerns from anywhere in the facility. We have set a goal where we really want our employees utilizing our Benchmark Concern Reporting Application more, last fall we worked with the Benchmark ESG team to launch the short form, a simple data collection method for employees that allows them to capture the Who, What, Where, and When of a Concern, and QR code capabilities for easy scanning/logging. Last year at this time we only had 1200 concerns turned in from across our enterprise, this year we are looking at over 2600, the reason that we are able to have that higher increase in usage is because the QR codes really make it easier, that specifically would be able to turn into an encrypted link, so our people on shop floor, that might not have email and they might not have user ID in the Benchmark system are still able to utilize the tool and communicate with us and tell us what are their actual concern right there on the shop floor.

What did we do before Gensuite????
Comentarios: I cannot tell you just how happy I am to have this awesome software. Employee Safety and Health is a crucial department in any company and with this software, you are able to identify injury trends that can assist you in making the right steps to cease or at very least, decrease the possibility of another like injury. It has been amazing to see the progress we have made in just a little over a year now. Before Gensuite, we had no way of determining the areas or issues that were resulting in injuries. And this is just one small aspect of Gensuite. I could go on and on in reference to all of the applications that Gensuite has to offer. So many capabilities. I have found that anything that I am interested in tracking, Gensuite has an application that will do just that. It offers your company organization and accountability. It has made my work life so much more efficient because Gensuite manages my responsibilities. That takes a huge load off of my mind. I am also responsibility for PPE, Permit and Wastewater System Management. All of these responsibilities are also managed through Gensuite. The most time consuming aspect is getting the information into the system. But once you do, you can have peace of mind that all is well. The email generated reminders are so very helpful in assisting you when tasks are due that have been assigned to a specific person; email reminders will generate when closure of a task is due, when documents or reports are do and even notifies the appropriate person(s) when a task is complete and or past due. I'm so excited to be a part of this program and would tell anyone who is looking for a means of managing, not only Employee Safety and Health, but any other area, to look no further, GENSUITE IS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR!!!

Contras:
The only thing that I can think of is the capability of making more of the data changes within the system that are job or area specific to your company.
Excellent customer service, valuable application.
Comentarios: Peace of mind. Knowing all incidents are being recorded up to OSHA compliance standards is crucial to our operations' success.

Robust framework allows for excellent incident tracking. Compliance calendar is also very helpful, as is the inspection tool.
Contras:
Can be difficult to use. However, the customer service is so good, that they set us straight by showing how certain tasks are performed.

Best EHS Software
Comentarios: We have increased near miss reporting and employee engagement beyond expectations

Training tracker and all the apps have added so much value and help the culture shift in the Organization

Gensuite is a excellent asset to my quality organization. The support/customer service team is very responsive.
Contras:
The bugs/glitches within the system that’s occasionally happens.
Overall, Gensuite has proven to be a valuable tool for our company and we utilize it more every day.
Comentarios: The comprehensive documenting of fleet data such as Events and Injuries allowing our company to leverage our assets for the benefit of our clients, thereby, maximizing our earnings while minimizing expenditures for the short, mid, and long term.
Puntos a favor:
I value the ease of use as we have over two hundred (200) users/contacts in our organization utilizing Gensuite on a daily basis. The hierarchy of the software is logical and that allows for users to rapidly improve their knowledge of the system. If you possess even moderate computer skills you can easily utilize the Gensuite software.
Contras:
We rolled out Gensuite to our fleet over a year ago and the screens we utilized are being replaced with new "Beta" screens. Would have preferred a better rollout of these new screens.

Amazing product and team
Comentarios: The overall experience with Gensuite has been awesome! This teams works tirelessly to provide what I, as a customer, needs. They walk through every step with me in detail, ensuring that they are meeting all my needs and desires. If they, at first, can not provide whats needed, they do not give up. The pool resources and find a way. They always meet deadlines early and with little to no rework.
Puntos a favor:
This team has been amazing in processing requests and providing guidance when a new feature is needed or a current feature needs to be altered.
Contras:
I do not have any cons at this time for this team.
Strong customer support team. Modules well designed for EHS management processes.
Puntos a favor:
The modules we are using are designed with a similar work flows. Email alerts provide current status and reminder of actions. Mobil interface allows users same access when they are remote.
Contras:
Costs to add additional modules and cost sharing programs when process improvements are designed and implemented.

Great System, great support
Comentarios: Very happy with our decision to engage with Gensuite and one of the best things i have found is there responsiveness to issues and questions and suggestions, its been a pleasure dealing the Gensuite team.
Puntos a favor:
The customisation of the subcontractor management module, was a key deliverable for us and Gensuite did not disappoint.
Contras:
As we work through implementation we have identified opportunities to do things better, such as better integration between plant and inspections forms and search ability of serial numbers for plant and equipment.
Frustrations
Comentarios: There are several pain points that are not solved, or not solved in a timely manner. Our users are quite frustrated at times and we have no answers for them as to why they cannot run reports.

Puntos a favor:
What our team likes most about Gensuite is that it is one simple tool to manage all EHS and compliance needs, eliminating the use of multiple excel spreadsheets. Everything is connected which makes managing tasks so much easier - for example, you can easily export concerns into ATS for corrective action tracking.
Contras:
Our team is eager to use Gensuite tools, though the only con is that you have to pay by application.

Comentarios: I use Gensuite for Incidents and Measurements, Compliance Calendar, Safety Dialog, Training Tracker, Safety Risk Assessment.

The things that I use in Gensuite are in one location.
Contras:
Gensuite gets complicated if you are not using it all the time.
Gensuite Review
Comentarios: Overall a great platform to help keep track of regulatory obligations and other upcoming tasks. Currently using a small selection of their many offerings to meet our company's needs but the platform has a wide variety of options to meet any requirements. Customer support is always there if you have any questions as well.
Gensuite is helpful to my work
Comentarios: I used the concern reporting function most in my work, it helped a lot to track all the incidents. It support our investigation process. I have not explored too much in other areas. From my point of view, I would like to have some follow up actions extra tracking, that is, to embed some additional function that can pull out all the action items and monitor the progress of closure of action items easily.
Gensuite review
Comentarios: Many people find Gensuite hard and complicated to use. It takes time to learn to use Gensuite. I hear these comments from different people that I work with.

Good program, takes time to learn
Comentarios: It took me a while to learn how to navigate in the software. Would like to be able to modify or add to the choices in the various categories in the drop down boxes.
Powerful, but inflexible
Comentarios: Gensuite has the ability to manage a huge volume of data, and makes it possible to extract and analyze those data. The software is not very user friendly, and many employees who use it infrequently struggle with it. The other downside is that Gensuite was designed for a large company with autonomous facilities, if your company does not fit that model getting custom changes made is difficult, expensive, and still limited.

Not user friendly, not flexible.
High marks
Comentarios: Elimination of paper copies and having this software for employee communication has been extremely helpful. The workforce can tell us in realtime of concerns that will then generate an email to the movers and shakers to get the concern looked at and completed. The employees can also give themselves a positive observation whicxh we look at in the same level as a concern.
