I like that Motivosity is integrated with our systems and is easy to find an employee, view their profile and recognize them for their contributions.
Uploading videos are difficult, there is no shortcut to previous posts etc.

Comentarios: En general ha sido buena, tuvo problemas al inicio pero cuando se soluciono el problema la he podido usar con comodidad me gusta su interfax.
Puntos a favor:
Lo facil que es usarla y su interfax y que permite conectar con el equipo.
Contras:
tuve un problema con mi cuenta y el ticket tardo aprox en solucionarse 3 meses.
Sus resultados complacen.
Puntos a favor:
Es una de las herramientas para motitoreo de rendimiento que mas me ha gustado.
Contras:
Puede que no se incorpore facilmente con las plataformas de mensajeria principal.

A great Employee Recognition tool that is adopted quickly and used regularly

The adoption was quick and effective and ongoing use hasn't waned after 2+ years.
Contras:
The lack of strategic reporting that helps prove how employee recognition programs actually impact morale/culture -- is lacking.
Motivosity: A Fun and Engaging Tool for Employee Recognition
Comentarios: My overall experience with Motivosity has been very positive. As a people leader, it has been an invaluable tool for rewarding and recognizing employees in a way that’s fun, uplifting, and incredibly engaging for the entire team

What I love most about Motivosity is how it helps me stay connected with people I might not collaborate directly with but who have a significant impact on how I run my operations. It bridges gaps and ensures recognition and collaboration flow seamlessly across the team.
Contras:
What I like least about Motivosity is the lack of a built-in direct messaging feature. It would be great to have a way to stay in touch with someone directly within the platform, without needing to switch to GChat or SMS for those conversations.

I like the fact you can select individuals reward them for there efforts and make the results live internally so others can see employees Reward and Recognition!
Contras:
The interface feels dated and needs a 'face lift'. It is easy very easy to use though!
Motivosity is Great!
Comentarios: We've have a very positive experience with Motivosity. The customer service is great, implementation was easy, and they continue to add more and more features that improve our experience.
Puntos a favor:
I love how easy it is to use the platform. Our employees adopted it so quickly and love being able to recognize each other across all of our company sites.
Contras:
I would love an easier way to import mass appreciations that give more visibility on what's about to be submitted before you press submit and shows the progress on sending those out.

Comentarios: Overall, I've had a very positive experience with Motivosity. It helps create a positive culture.
Puntos a favor:
I like that Motivosity is about looking for the good in others and our company mission. When we give a fellow employee recognition, we can choose one of the company values for the reason. It keeps those values front of mind and unites us all behind the company mission to "Live Every Moment".
Contras:
I don't like the reporting features. They are very basic, hard to filter, and it is difficult to make batch edits to users.
I Wish We Could Have Kept Motivosity
Comentarios: Overall - I LOVE the product - the customer support was very good and it was so easy to use and implement. And the regular staff really enjoyed it.
Puntos a favor:
It was great to have a recognition program for the regular staff to see the workers be rewarded and not just the senior staff get bonuses. It was easy to use - the insights were really helpful - but senior management just didn't see the value.
Contras:
For us being in Canada - the cost was just too high - as it always comes down to money - that's why senior management decided to not renew. And we also lost the ability to use the ThanksMatters Card which sucked.
Great reward system
Comentarios: I'm enjoying using the product myself by giving recognition and scrolling through the feed to see all the great things happening across the company. I love when people include images and GIFs in their recognitions.
Puntos a favor:
I like to see employees recognizing other employees at all levels. We also have created badges to award to employees for a number of accomplishments, even for completing certain training courses and earning designations.
Contras:
For a larger company, the amount of dollars that can be allocated to each employee may be restrictive. This has the potential to lead employees to not send out more appreciations than they have dollars to spend; however, training and communication can help the employee base understand that they can shout someone out without giving a dollar.

What a good problem to have though... Employees willingly dipping into their spending balances to continue recognizing their peers. At the core Motivosity is a recognition software that promotes unity, connection, and positivity through gratitude. Thanks for sharing!
Why use Motivosity?
Comentarios: It has been a good experience so far. We have a lot of researching to do to see what other tools we can use in the platform.
Puntos a favor:
Being able to recognize individual team members or groups of team members is a great tool.
Contras:
It isn't always easy to find what I am looking for, but the customer support is great!
Pros and Cons regarding Appreciations and Reports in Motivosity.
Puntos a favor:
I like the way I can thank someone for their outstanding job, also is nice to see my colleagues feel appreciated when they receive appreciation. It is even better when someone else comments in the same post that they agree with you and also sends their appreciation to that person.
Contras:
As an admin user also, sometimes it's hard for me to find the reports I need. Maybe it's my lack of time due to my job to go over the site, but it takes me a while to find the reports I'm looking for. Fortunately, you can select the report as a favorite once you find it.
Great program!
Comentarios: I love being able to acknowledge all employees within the company, whether it's by giving them a verbal kudo for all other employees to see and/or by giving them a little spiff bonus to show that we appreciate their efforts!

I love the peer-to-peer acknowledgement and it allows upper management to be able to give kudos to those they may not see on a regular basis!
Contras:
I can't say that I've experience any negative situations from using Motivosity!
Good for recognition, ok in rewards from Michael Howes

Allows recognition of all types from base level employee to higher ups. Awards are fun to make and give, and overall increase culture in the workplace.
Contras:
I feel that in some parts there are great tips to communicate with the types of personalities, but it's easy to get lost in looking at everyone's. Maybe could improve by allowing only teams see teams?

This platform has allowed our organization to reward and recognize employees in an easy to use way. Employee can share updates, get to know each other and have fun!
Contras:
No cons! This is such an easy and effective tool. All companies should use it.

We'd love to chat and learn more. We hear a ton from employees that appreciate the platform for the ability to build positive cultures through gratitude and connection.

Motivosity for the Win!

I love the platform and for the ability for my staff to have the autonomy to GIVE!!! I love the morale boost it’s given to my staff and the positivity it promotes!
Contras:
I wish I would get notified every time someone gave someone else a buck as the owner of the practice.

For users it's user friendly and easy to navigate
Contras:
For admins its not as intuitive. I have had to use the help center a lot to figure out how to use the platform. I'm sure the support people are short staffed, but anytime I have had to reach out, the response time is slow. I try my best to just figure out my issue on my own as opposed to reaching out for help.
Great Employee recognition platform
Comentarios: Our employees and managers love how easy it is to recognize and reward each other tangibly. The support team is amazing as well! I've needed to access old data or make adjustments that I didn't know how to do and they have always responded within the same day and helped resolve my issue quickly and kindly. There are great additional options for the platform that we have trialed as well and while they weren't exactly what our whole team needed, they were incredibly valuable to some of our managers and help create a really well-rounded solution for employee recognition and management.
Puntos a favor:
It's a simple and fun way for our team to recognize each other's contributions. There are a ton of ways employees can redeem their points (so easy to redeem as well). The public nature of the recognition is great too because it allows for other team members to chime in and agree.
Contras:
I don't have any cons when I think about how we use the platform
