This is one issue that is preventing wider adoption in my organisation. Editing template contracts in Concord does not support features lawyers are ordinarily accustomed to.

Contract Management With Digital Signatures
Comentarios: Worry free, when you are able to never think about a software and it is running like a unique piece of your company. This is what you want. something that works and can help you succeed with limited bandwidth from your group.
Puntos a favor:
We love that we can manage the lifecycle of a contract. We are able to see all of the amendments and it is easy to access and manage.
Contras:
The ability to have automated exhibits from an excel file. We have lots of contracts with multiple pages and lines of individual items we track. Concord cannot do this (that I know of) we have to upload a picture of each page into concord.

Comentarios: We have had a fabulous experience with Concord. They are available to assist when we have questions. It was a breeze to set up and start using. The folders and unlimited documents have allowed us to be more organized and efficient. The price point is very manageable. We use the application daily and are very happy with our decision to go with Concord.

The ability to store all of our documents in one system with controls in place that govern who has access has been really helpful. To have our documents available via the web and organized by department and user has saved us a lot of time and effort. It is easy to use, and the support teams get back to you very quickly. They have weekly webinar's that keep the customers informed and provide in depth insight into key product features.
Contras:
It isn't a con really, but we need a drag and drop date and initials field :)

Concord Streamlines Document Signing with Ease
Comentarios: Concord has streamlined our processes for document signatures by our staff and has been a huge time-saver for us.
Puntos a favor:
Concord was very easy to set up and manage from one school year to another. It has totally streamlined our annual Employment Agreements and other documents that require signature by our faculty and staff. The Concord administrative team is very responsive and knowledgeable of the product. Their pricing was perfect for our budget.
Contras:
Once the system is set up it runs very smoothly.
AI Concord Integration

I find many of Concord's features to be designed in a very accessible way. It mirrors other document management Concords, which enables easy onboarding for teams accustomed to cloud-based document management systems. The "subsidiary" organization system is a very interesting structure that allows for a more confidential implementation of these cloud frameworks while still leaving room for flexibility in the overall system. My team was also part of the beta group for Concord's AI integration with Chat GPT. I found it especially helpful for summarizing long legal documents, allowing for swift extraction of important information. Using the integration required no effort or technological prowess on my end, which I appreciated. Personally, I believe that Concord's strongest feature is its customer success team. They are swift to reply to messages and are always on top of resolving issues as quickly and thoroughly as they can.
Contras:
Concord's features are great when they function well! While customer service is exceptionally responsive and quick to reply to messages, and the dev team does fix bugs fairly quickly, I have found that intentional features sometimes have components that either function oddly or do not serve their intended purpose/make using Concord more difficult rather than less so. This has improved over the past year, but there are still parts of the software that are finicky to use, prevent thorough information tracking, or do not cover as broad of a spectrum as they should.
Concord Review
Comentarios: Overall, Concord is fairly easy and intuitive to use. I'm sure it has more capabilities than I've fully mastered at this point, but it is pretty much meeting all of our contract management needs.
Puntos a favor:
I like the ease of gathering signatures and adding in fields for signatures or entering information in contracts in different locations, when needed. I also like the storage of contracts in one place and the ease of searching for and finding contracts.
Contras:
I wish the fields could be automatically aligned. For now, you have to manually try to line them up. The only other thing that I would love is if once we saved the contracts to a specific folder where all contract management staff had access, that they could link those contracts to other contracts without having to go in and specifically join the document.

Comentarios: The implementation went well and Concord is meeting our needs. The customer service we received has been excellent.

I wish Concord had a spell checker so that when we create agreement templates in fill in the information in the fillable fields, we would be alerted about typos.
Concord - My Personal Review
Comentarios: Very positive, in one of my previous roles the company didn't use it and I've really missed it as it makes work a lot easier.

Things I like the most about Concord are its features, good overview of document's clear guidance on how to use it and it's benefits to the teams work and if anything is missing you can notify your colleagues.
Contras:
Not much really, probably nothing. My experience is 100% positive, I would highly recommend it.

A Good Contract Management Platform to use
Comentarios: Like most contract management platforms I've used, Concord is good but not perfect. All contract management systems have pros and cons, but Concord is the best I've seen... so far.
Puntos a favor:
Most liked features are: 1. Bulk Importing existing contract portfolios into Concord 2. Search function - fast, accurate and easy to use 3. Sharing contracts with others is very easy and secure
Contras:
Largest complaints are: 1. Records of draft contracts can not be changed to "signed" where a contract is executed outside of Concord. So if I started drafting and negotiating a contract in Concord and then had the final contract executed by way of a scanned copy or even DocuSign I have to create a new contract record in Concord. All negotiation history, internal / external discussions, etc are lost. This is one issue that is preventing wider adoption in my organisation. 2. Editing template contracts in Concord does not support features lawyers are ordinarily accustomed to. E.g. unable to use autonumbering in templates, unable to use indenting of template documents well. This become annoying when importing a Word or PDF document to create a template. Not all documents will import correctly, yet the native text editing features do not allow a user to 're-create' the form and structure of the original document as a template. 3. E-signature solution does not provide enough flexibility a signing request to be forwarded by an outside person (i.e. counterparty) to an authorised signatory. Concord's native e-signature solution kind of assumes the person who I share a negotiated draft document to is the person who can sign for that company. In an enterprise environment, this is not always the case as company's have rules on delegated authorities. 4. E-signature solution is limited in fields required to complete execution. End user signing experience is ok but not great.
My Journey with Concord
Comentarios: Concord has made my life as a sales manager easier. Before contracting process would take a lot of time with the back and forths on email. Since I started using concord, the turn over for contract signing has really improved. The other thing I love about it is the collaboration with the relevant stakeholders in real time.

The easy collaboration in real time among parties the e-signature - Makes contracts to be signed faster the contract management life-cycle the organization of templates - reduces the complex contracting process
Contras:
I think other features should be added when editing documents. By this I mean features like the ones for word docs like different font styles, numbering, etc (Basically I would want word features to be incorporated)

Practical, effective and user friendly system
Comentarios: Overall we are very satisfied with Concord. We have about 20 users at this moment and everybody has had a positive experience so far. As with every new system, some questions have come up, but our Customer Success Manager,representative, is always very responsive and always provides effective solutions to our concerns.

The transition from our previous system to Concord took a little longer than we expected but we are very pleased with the system overall.

Comentarios: Now I like to manage my contract and follow signature process with my clients.

The UX to use template to create a new contract in it. Also the process to sign: simple, easy to use and mobile first.

The document management should be improve in the future but it is very ok for now.

Contras:
Sometimes you need to click many things to get to where you need to go and you need to add someone as a signer and share the document with them too. It would be nice if there would be fewer steps for carrying out a task.

Puntos a favor:
Digital SIgning and Some sort of Library where you can keep or store your documents per folder created.
Contras:
It's easy to use before but became complicated when changes were made even without the announcement. Signing Field became smaller, hard to fit to a document. The date under the signature is just a duplicate since documents have also a date field and document is stamped with date.. I just didn't like the enhancement made as it became tedious when processing a document for signing

Love this software
Comentarios: My overall experiance was excellent. I enjoyed using the system and believed it to be secure and helpful when doing my job.
Puntos a favor:
The ease of navigation through the system. The security of knowing customers information was highly protected. The comfort of knowing that it helped identify and discripenses with signature uploaded.
Contras:
It could be tedious at times. Trying to hunt down old contracts or documents pertaining to customers. That were viable to signing new contracts.

Concord Contract Management Software
Comentarios: This has allowed us to use a software that captures all history, files that we used to keep manually and in-house in file cabinets. This has literally saved us hundreds of thousands of dollars in filing, storage and time over the past two plus years.
Puntos a favor:
Its super easy to use, the functionality is extremely well thought out, and they continue to make it better each and every year.
Contras:
At one time, the status levels, but they have corrected and are continuing to make that better all of the time.

Comentarios: We are able to manage contracts more accurately and efficiently. Being able to keep notes is very helpful for other uses to see the status and contact person.
Puntos a favor:
The summary and discussion area is very helpful. Being able to list a start and end date of the contract so that you don't have to read thru every time. And getting the reminders before expiration. Those are great tools and make it so efficient to manage contracts. The search is very useful for those that aren't sure where the contract is located when there are sub folders.
Contras:
Not able to manually move from the "Review" stage if you don't have to docusign. Not all of our documents require a signature, for example terms and conditions for purchase. We have to review, but may not need to sign.
Great Software
Comentarios: We needed a user-friendly contract management platform that offered a simplified signing mechanism, storage, searchability and reporting. We've found that in Concord.
Puntos a favor:
The search function makes it easy to search for specific clauses when you remember a clause you worked on, but not the contract! The summary report and associated fields make it easy to share key data with other non-Concord users in the company.
Contras:
There are still a few features that would make it slightly for impactful, but we've always found work arounds as we wait for new features and the customer support team has always been great at walking me through any questions or work arounds.
The System of Systems
Comentarios: My experience with Concord has been fantastic. The implementation and customer support team have been responsive to all our questions every step of the way. The software is functional and has improved our productivity immensely. No more lapsed contracts (FOR REAL!). I wholeheartedly recommend Concord as a contract management solution.
Puntos a favor:
I love the aesthetic component of Concord. The interface is clean-looking, easy to understand, and pleasing to the eye.
Contras:
I was not thrilled with the lack of immediate tech support. There is a chat support service where you leave a message and then a team member responds at a later time.

Great & Easy to Use Product
Comentarios: My company struggled to find a contract management product that didn't cost thousands of dollars. Concord very nicely meets that criteria and comes with wonderful features. We unfortunately don't utilize all of the features available, but the repository and the reminders are extremely helpful. I also love being able to add comments as notes to myself when I check back in on a contract at some point. Another plus for Concord is the search feature. When dealing with hundreds of contracts sometimes I cannot remember all the names of each vendor. You can add "tags" to your contracts and can search for tags very easily. This makes the process of searching and finding a contract very easy. The ability to have reminders sent to yourself so far in the future is wonderful. I never have to worry about missing a deadline as long as my contracts are uploaded in Concord. Great product that we will continue to use!
