All emails per the particular debtor are all in that debtor's file. Being able to add notes is a plus as well. The diary system for payments is easy to use too. But what is good - is that I can go anywhere in the world and it's all right there. It is equivalent to taking all your files with you on the trip. Anyway, I love the system. > > **Puntos en contra**: End of month is all too easy. It use to take me all day to do the statements and MYOB ledgers previously. Now, all I do is just push the button and it's all done. All clients have their statement and invoices. I still prefer to manually EFT the funds to their respective accounts - but that's my choice. > > Since getting this system I have a better functioning operation and I have more time on my hands from not having to have manual and additional systems.
