The fact that it covers every HR need in one place is a big plus

Comentarios: I am addressing the issue of digitizing and automating human resources procedures. When I first joined the firm, there was some resistance to adopting "the cloud." With my increasing use of UKG, I am facilitating faster data access and a more fluid technological experience for everyone.

Puntos a favor:

UKG Ready is an excellent payroll administration system for small and medium-sized businesses. Payroll duties can be handled conveniently from any location with online access. Customers are able to automate and streamline crucial processes with the use of automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning, integration, higher productivity, and mobile apps.

Contras:

The thing I despise most about UKG is not a fault with UKG per se, but rather an issue that UKG is likely to face: adoption. Adoption is not as robust as it could be because of a small percentage of long-term employees who are reluctant to embrace change.

UKG Ready for a mobile workforce

Puntos a favor:

Fairly easy to use and helpful for mobile and off site employees to clock in and out.

Contras:

The authentication defaults to constantly verifying if you don't change it. This was annoying for staff until we learned to set it for longer.

UKG Ready - HR Solution for Mid Size Companies

Puntos a favor:

The robust integration within the platform

Contras:

Often times is glitchy with regards to the learning modules

Great timekeeping for emplyees

Comentarios: It is very easy to use on a biweekley bases to approve my time card for my manger and it is clear what my earned time hours are

It is very easy to request time off and approve my time card

UKG review

Comentarios: I joined a organization. They used UKG to keep track of hours we worked, shifts that are available, track of my PTO. It made so easy for me to see everything and track everything.

Puntos a favor:

I liked the way it kept track of my every shifts and hours I had worked and many more

Contras:

There was nothing I did not like. Everything was good and clear.

Worst company to deal with

Comentarios: Although there is nothing redeeming about the UKG Ready platform, the customer service and technical help are the worst parts of the experience. If you need help with any given issue, there is no way to get help from someone by calling or emailing, all you can do is create a service request ticket and you may get a call back within a few days. Often times, rather than help you they tell you to visit their Community site and tell you to scour through hundreds of threads to find the help you need from other users. The implementation process was a nightmare and many of the functions we needed implemented were not completed or they were left half-done. After using the platform for a year we offered to pay UKG additional fees to implement two specific functions we desperately needed (onboarding and recruiting). I followed up with our account manager on a weekly basis asking for a quote, she consistently gave me the run-around, stating she was working with her sales team on it. After two months, she finally provided a quote, but not what for I asked, rather, it was a quote for UKG to do a complete analysis of their platform to determine what we need. Upon making a change to one of our vendors it was necessary to create a new file feed with UKG. It took UKG 30 days to respond to our request for a new file feed. Once we were finally assigned a project manager he stated that we can expect it to take 5 business for him to respond to any calls or emails during the process. These are just a few examples of the horror it is to deal with UKG. They are the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. We have been used as references for UKG and we have told each company to run away as fast as they can and we will continue to do so.

Wish We Chose Different Software

Comentarios: Pretty horrible with one exception. We LOVED our implementation specialist, Ivy Miranda. However the "Solutions Consultant" was a pompous ass when we ran into problems and the Relationship Manager was not of much help.

Puntos a favor:

The Benefits Module is user friendly. But even with that, the EDI team is non-responsive sometimes and we've had trouble with data on carrier invoices.

Contras:

Performance Module: We abandoned it because: i.Menus are confusing. The word "Comments" is hard coded and it means "Submit." Therefore saving and submitting was hard. ii.Several people didn't understand how to use the "goals" systems. Recruitment Module: Clunky. Could not drag and drop resumes to email and other problems. We abandoned it. Compensation Module: Could not even finish implementation. 2 parts of the system do not "talk to each other" so we could not display information for primary positions and secondary positions in the same report. Core HR: Requires dual entry in several fields because the 2 part of the system do not share data. It's like 2 separate systems cobbled together. Infuriating.

Good platform

Comentarios: Its been great and has made payroll easier than other platforms I have used.

I find it really helpful for payroll and have used a lot but this is one of the more simple.

Contras:

I don't love how there are not templates for use.

Comentarios: Worked for a teaching position but everything was labeled weird like I worked in healthcare

Comentarios: Ummm it's setup so that you finish your task quickly

The design of the app itself was a good ideal

Enhances employee privacy and gives them the right to review evaluations and follow up on their progress according to performance indicators

Comentarios: UKG Ready has given evaluations the required transparency, enhanced the values ​​of self-criticism among employees and enabled them to manage their relationships and work affairs efficiently.

Puntos a favor:

I like that UKG Ready is like an employee's bag. Everything is in the same place, we can easily access information about our job status and progress according to KPIs. I liked the ease of documenting the start and end of official working hours and the accuracy of documentation, issuing a payslip, scheduling vacations or requesting leave directly from the employee's page. I liked the ease of approving goals with UKG Ready, and I liked the ease of sharing them with direct managers by updating them and issuing reports about them. What UKG Ready provides in terms of dashboards that display progress according to each KPI independently, and the transparency of accessing and reviewing evaluations is very motivating to put in more effort.

Contras:

UKG Ready has not overlooked anything, is easy to use, and ensures real-time notifications that keep us up to date with updates.

UKG for the Win

Comentarios: As I mention before my job uses this and it is very convent

Puntos a favor:

I love this software because you the freedom to view your schedule, request time off, and check your schedule from the comfort of your home. My job uses this, and I absolutely think that it is wonderful.

Contras:

The only con that I have is that it can be difficult to fix your timecard if you miss a punch in or out.

Great system for every day use.

Comentarios: Great overall experience as I have to use this system on a daily basis multiple times a day.

Puntos a favor:

Easy to login and out. Training modules are easy to access.

Contras:

What I least like about UKG is the frequency of having to change my password.

UKG Ready - HRIS & Payroll

Puntos a favor:

It is a great system for HRIS and processing payroll - the integration is seamless.

Contras:

There could be better resources tools for managers and employees

Good HR system.

Comentarios: Overall Pretty good system to use some faults here and there but they are easy to work around.

Puntos a favor:

The thing i liked the most about this system is how easy it to use day to day within seconds i can book off holiday right from my sofa.

Contras:

I don't like the use of Face ID. It's very much faulty because even if you have a little extra light it has a bit of a moment and takes about 15 attempts to use

UKGood!!!!

UKG Ready Review

Puntos a favor:

I like that I can go to one place and see so much information about our facility. I can see performance reviews, HR incidents, payroll, scheduling etc. It is easy to use and easy to navigate

Contras:

I have some trouble with the reports. It might be something that is turned off for me specifically, but I wish I could see reports easier.

Great Product and Services

Comentarios: Wouldn't change anything! It has simplified and streamlined all our processes into an easy to use system.

Puntos a favor:

A one-stop shop with white-glove service has met every need that we have had.

Contras:

Would prefer the success care training happen earlier in the process.

Comentarios: It is a requirement for tracking time worked. The ease of the app makes it very user-friendly.

It is easy to use and navigate. Anyone could download the app and feel comfortable with its use fairly quickly.

Contras:

Sometimes it takes a minute to load. When you attempt to log into the app sometimes it takes longer to connect than normal.

I like the layout of UKG's site, it's easy to navigate and find what I'm looking for.

Contras:

I have experienced user errors with UKG numerous times, the site crashes for me, on average, once every 1-2 weeks.
