Main Pro: Having my clients make their own choices about when to schedule coaching sessions, cancel or reschedule sessions and their receiving reminders without me spending any time on it. All this just appears on my calendar with the needed information about contact information. It's also so helpful that I can set different kinds of meetings/sessions with different lengths and buffer times.

Contras:

Con: You can add buffer times before or after but not both, which can be a drawback.

Comentarios: The team delayed our scheduled call.
Customer service did not listen and because of this did not answer any of the questions I had. Took a long time to reply via email with information. When I expressed disappointment in the service and requested to speak to a manger or be given another team member to avoid time wasting my request was denied. All in all a complete waste of time. AVOID

Nothing at all. I advise you look else where.

Contras:

If running a clinic with multiple clinicians this will become expensive. Charged on the quantity of bookings. Not ideal if your busy. Customer service team have little knowledge of their software and provide a very poor and rude service.

It’s cost effective .Easy to use and stops no show . Allows easy communication with clients .

Contras:

When an appointment is changed instead of the original appointment being deleted and a new one showing I would like it still showing in the history of appointments . Also we still use the old system as we use a small screen and the new system won’t fit on the screen . We can adjust the screen size but then it’s too small to see the whole day .

Contras:

What I like least is its lack of diversification in terms of reaching out when there is an issue. Problems are resolved through back and forth emails which can be exhausting.

An easy way to manage scheduling

Comentarios: Easy for users to use, with a good-looking layout and easy to use from your mobile device.It has allowed us to manage who is here and who isn't which is important for health and safety.It has allowed us to use the booking system to book meeting rooms more effectively.Having the sign-in screens in the reception of both our buildings allows people to sign in via their fobs.

Contras:

Sometimes it doesn't sign in automatically when updated, which causes issues as people wouldn't think to check.

I have used 10to8 for about 5 years. It's intuitive and easy to navigate. The basics are done well. When I have requested service assitance the consusltants have been personable and extemely thorough. Can't think of an aspect about 10to8 that needs attention, They are proactive in soliciting feedback.

Contras:

Nothing really to be critical of. I have used for about 5 years and it's been a benefit to my small business.

Timely scheduling software making life easier for our firm

Comentarios: I and my colleagues have had great experiences using Xodo Sign. Anytime we're looking to book appointments internally within our company, we use it. We also use it to ensure proper booking with important clients as well. The software has been heavily leaned upon.

My colleagues really love being able to set up multiple custom bookings with anybody across the organization. This has allowed for greater flexibility, and most importantly, greater visibility into who is available at different times throughout the week or month.

Contras:

Sometimes the push notifications can come in clusters and be a bit distracting, but that mostly means it's very effective at what it does.

Easy, reliable booking tool

Comentarios: Really good, customer service is responsive. I feel monitoring could be improved, especially around SMS/email reminders which is critical to our business model. Various occasions when i have had to raise the issue as your monitoring hasn't picked this up.

Easy UI and CMS. Easy to contact customer service, although a contact number would be useful to report latency and performance issues

Contras:

Lack of Apple/Android Pay via stripe. Something so simple via API, yet never added to 10to8. Also, would love to be able to over my customer discount codes such as 'summer 20% off'. Only possible via setting up a dedicated url which isn't practical

Comentarios: Love it, have used it for years, and it's been pretty seamless.

10to8 has integrated with my website beautifully, I know very occasionally they do updates but it's never been at a time that has affected my work life. Plus it's great that they do updates as you know they are keeping on top of things. Love the ease of use, being able to put in my availability, the colour coding for my various therapies, the compliance with GDPR etc.

Contras:

Nothing that I can think of at present, 10to8 seem to be several steps ahead of the competition.

Fantastic appointment scheduling software!

Comentarios: It helps me to avoid no shows and ensures I can book appointments for everyone effectively. Where necessary, they can also book appointments manually but I reserve this for the initial booking. I love that this helps me to manage my business well.

This software has made a great impact on my business. I can easily manage appointments and ensure there are no unwanted double bookings. All of my customers benefit from the messages and reminders. It saves me time. Excellent. I'm so pleased I found 10to8.

Contras:

Sometimes there are glitches in setting up available timeslots but I have got used to working around this. The new calendar is also not yet scrollable (you need to click to move the calendar onwards).

Best software for online booking

Comentarios: I’ve used other online boing systems before and they were basic and clunky to use. 10to8 is seamless with my diary and the messaging. Any issues then the help desk are on it really quickly.

Puntos a favor:

It’s simple to use, reliable, has amazing options including text reminders and follow up texts all of which are able to be altered. For my classes where payment is required the software links into Stripe to make my life nice and easy.

Contras:

It can crash at times when inputting multiple bookings after each other. Also the text messages come from a variety of numbers.

What I like most about the software is the two way synchronization. Before getting the paid service, I was trying to find a scheduling system that uses the two way sync. I had trouble finding them as either they didn't sync properly or the software wasn't able to be integrated with MS Outlook. Also another great feature is the ability to indicate different types of appointments, which for me as an academic advisor is huge, because it makes it easy for the student to choose what type of appointment they need. On the actual calendar on the website it shows different colors on what type of appointment is being conducted.

Contras:

What I least like about the software is I wish the color coding can be synced over to MS Outlook. Seeing the different colors on the website makes it easier to manage, but not when looking at my Outlook color, it all appears the same color. Another con, not about the software, but more so for the amount of appointments. When I was on the free plan I was limited to 100 appointments per months. However, there was no ability to purchase additional appointments, I had to upgrade my package, but I was satisfied with it and didn't necessarily want to upgrade. Maybe consider having a separate package just for appointments in the event a customer runs out and doesn't necessarily want to upgrade.

Effective Software

Comentarios: I really like the system. We have even started using it when scheduling interviews with potential employees. It has decreased our no-show rate.

This software has made scheduling so much easier! Our clients love it because they get all of the information needed prior to their appointment and reminders of their appointment as well. We can also send information via email or SMS txt.

Contras:

I would like for our reviews to populate on another platform like google etc. We have had some great reviews, but it is not as impactful for us to post them ourselves.It would also be helpful if we could set up what information goes to the client based on appointment type. Currently staff scheduling the appointment have to copy and paste the information to go out to the client based on the appointment type. If this feature exists, please let us know.

I love the features that client’s can self book rather than calling me. This means i receive more bookings as the software takes away a large part of my admin and keeps me updates with appointments. I have recommended this software to family/friends already

It sintetizes in one single site almost all the features I neeed un orden to run my business.

Contras:

Price is high if I want to customize things. The gap between the first paid membership and the next level is way to mucho. It should existe an intermediate option.

10 to 8 has been a wonderful appointment scheduling platform and what I love most is the landing page that is customized and the ability to real time text with clients. I have used this platform for years, even after signing on with an EHR platform that offered online scheduling and calendar features which would have simplified things, I continued with 10 to 8 because I've yet found a platform as good as 10 to 8. Finally however I had to make the switch as it was too confusing working with two calendars with a full practice. Now I am moving over into my EHR completely and saying good bye to 10 to 8 and am truly sad to let them go. If there would have been a way to sync my 10 to 8 into my EHR I would have done it for sure.

Contras:

I didn't like having to merge clients all the time. There should have been a better way for returning clients to schedule without having duplicate listings for the same client. That got annoying. Likewise, I did not like the new platform and it seemed to have less features than the original. This was what helped me to make the switch because we were running into glitches with 10 to 8 and got tired of it.
