Easy to use and the Elite Extra customers service is great.

Contras:

The driver tracking and GPS systems on the app are not the best and sometimes take our drivers to the wrong locations. It also allows drivers to get off the app so we can no longer track them.

Elite EXTRA Deployment

Comentarios: We are pleased we made the decision to go with Elite EXTRA. It's a solid platform with more features and a large install base of automotive parts delivery companies like APH. The implementation and training team were very helpful getting us live at so many stores in such a short period of time, they were great to work with.

The Elite EXTRA product is robust, feature-rich and an excellent fit to the automotive parts delivery business. The staff at Elite EXTRA also know our business inside and out and were very helpful in showing us proven best-practices for getting the most out of the service.

Contras:

We have not been able to deploy the "Driver Self-Dispatching" feature yet because it requires our paper invoices to have bar codes on them which we are waiting on our software development team to implement.

Elite Extra is a game changer.

Comentarios: Elite is exceptional. I can’t praise enough on how this program has helped our company over the years. Our drivers coordinate their routes and help save us money from saying they didn’t get delivered and we have proof of delivery and pictures.

This program is very easy to use, and it helps coordinate our routes and save our company money. It’s a safety blanket for when customers have questions about deliveries being dropped off and ETA times of deliveries when we will be showing up.

Contras:

Nothing comes to mind no issues here and don’t have anything that comes to mind.

Dispatching for Healthcare Company

Elite offers us real time tracking and optimized routing options to deliver blood products across the state expediently. Personally i find elite to be user friendly and probably haven't even scratched the surface on all of its features. Easy history search functions allow me to revisit any jobs that need further data or to resolve a discrepancy easily. Elite takes a lot of stress out of dispatching emergent life saving products on a daily basis for me.

Contras:

Not many complaints to come up with for this software. Minor bugs have been a nuisance at times, but easy to reach tech support has helped to either solve issues in real time, or put on the radar for future updates. Once i gained a working knowledge of this product, it has been easy to use and there have been minimal deficiencies. The most common issue i have had has been stops not closing out in real time but seems to almost exclusively be a cellular reception issue as we are in the bowels of hospitals rather than a software issue.

Elite Extra for heavy duty truck dealership network

Comentarios: They’ve been a great company to work with, eager to help us solve our problems. Of the dispatching/delivery management programs we’ve used, Elite Extra seems to be the one most designed with my industry in mind.

Their customer support team is top notch. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes to speak to a real human, and have never gotten off the phone without our issue being resolved.

Contras:

Data analytics. There are either predefined KPMs in the Scorecard, or manually pulling reports. Some customizable widgets/BI integration would help.

Comentarios: Overall, I like it. I like that you can track deliveries and know more than if we weren't using it.

I like that we can tell customers where their delivery is in the schedule, that we can see pictures of the deliveries, and that if the notifications work, the customer can track their delivery.

Contras:

Notifications don't always work out. Also, if someone puts a lot of * in the notes, it spreads the columns out to where we can't scroll to the right to see everything.

Comentarios: It is a useful tool for tracking route profitability and route management

It is important for our business to be able to monitor deliveries and track proof of sales. I like to see where my employees are at and when they will be back to the store so that we can plan future deliveries.

Contras:

The scheduled routes feature is messed up. In regards to the process for returning parts, we need to put in the part number and the line code. i would like to be able to input the part number and for the the possible line codes to automatically populate.

The learning curve is a little steep at first but it isnt impossible to achieve. Some of the people we trained did not catch on very quickly.

Elite Extra - a strong third partner business partner via ease of use and service

Comentarios: While my exposure was limited, it was one of the best third party pieces of software to work with. It was seldom down, and when it was, the cause was of the failure was usually pretty easy to track down and correct.

Elite was already an established process within the organization when I joined. My role was to add new warehouses to the process and to assist the office staff in managing the behind the scenes file processing when a failure occurred at some point in the process. What I liked most was that the process was logical and easy to interact with throughout the process (in reference to third party processes).

Contras:

Technical support. I know first hand that the user community enjoys a robust interactive support system, but having to the product late I did not have a strong relationship with Elite's technical staff. That seldom created a problem as the process to interact with Elite was intuitive and very straight forward.

Comentarios: Overall experience has been great. Their support is helpful and responsive.
I feel like for the best benefit, our company needs to repeat the onboarding/training process in order to best utilize the program.

I love the order tracking features. The PHOTO POD and signature capture are great!

Contras:

Trying to migrate to "SCHEDULED RUNS" and driver self-dispatch proved to be pretty difficult. Most likely due to internal processes, but it seemed to add more confusion to our dispatch than letting a designated dispatcher route the orders.

Comentarios: I love it and it has be easy to work with and learn.

I like that our customers can set up their own delivery route and dispatch. We have two primary customers and so the ease of use for this made this a great choice.

Contras:

If there is a switch as to which phone is logged into by the driver it can trigger a two driver month charge.
