Comentarios: Es un excelente software es demasiado intuitivo lo que ayuda bastante para la implementacion del mismo en cualquier empresa.

Puntos a favor:

Me gusta mucho que es una aplicación muy sencilla de usar por lo intuitiva que es, tiene una interfaz sencilla lo que facilita mucho su implementación lo que ayuda mucho en su implementación.

Contras:

Realmente no tengo nada que agregar que sea negativo por resaltar, el software se comporta muy bien y cumple su cometido exitosamente.

Comentarios: As time passes, it becomes less of a hassle for me to use this. Virtual knowledge has made my life easier and more organized. As a result of our feedback, Procurify was able to make a few changes that improved our experience with their platform.

Puntos a favor:

Reordering a product and setting it up to be a recurrent order is convenient for me. The requester, the item's name, and other identifiers make it simple to follow the progress of an order. A prior order can be found in a variety of ways. It's great that we were able to implement some adjustments that improved our output.

Contras:

In my opinion, it would be fantastic if Procurify could add a back-editing tool. The current process of having to replicate and edit data if you make a mistake is time consuming.

Comentarios: For the most part it has been easy to learn. Once you get the hang of it all is good. I really love that it keeps the things you order all the time in the que so you can just pull it up and click it.

Puntos a favor:

Ease of reordering supplies already ordered in the past.

Contras:

Having to make separate tickets for different places of business we are ordering from.

Good product

Comentarios: its a good product that with some inprovements can be a long term software for many businesses including the one I am in.

Puntos a favor:

Its efficient and makes daily ordering less of a stress and more organized.

Contras:

It can be slow, requires reloading on many occasions, the finder can use some improvement and it could use a "save product" option to allow even more efficient ordering.

All good - probably PDF automation can make it even better!

Likelihood of Profurify

Comentarios: I love Procurify because it's easy to use since I use this platform everyday as the Accounts Payable/Business Admin Clerk.

Puntos a favor:

The site never shuts down or freezes! Thank goodness! Plus it's easy to use and figure out.

Contras:

I really have nothing bad to say about Procurify. Basically perfect.

Procurify Review

Comentarios: It has been very positive and I highly recommend Procurify to others! So many end users have complimented the system and how easy it is to use. I think the biggest question that comes up is "is that it...?" as users are not used to something this easy to use.

Puntos a favor:

The ease of use, the straightforwardness of the platform, the sleekness and the customer support.

Contras:

Right now, the way it integrates will NetSuite is not the smoothest (e.g. data syncing). There are also some random features/settings that would be nice to edit that we do not have the ability to edit.

Fast and seamless procurement and purchasing

Comentarios: I really enjoy it and it has made a world of different. The barrier to placing orders is much lower than if I had to send an email. It is organizationally very efficient.

Levels of hierarchy to approve and place an order without any emails sent. Ease to track and follow up on orders Ability to go back in history and reorder

Contras:

on phone the email from procurify table is too long.

Simple and easy to use

Puntos a favor:

It's intuitive and very simple to use. I am not a technophile, nor am I adept with digital resources, but I find it extremely easy to raise orders, track them and manage budgets using the Procurify software.

Contras:

I don't have any particular gripes with the platform.

Comentarios: It was ok and it helped with the orders of the curriculum or materia I needed sometimes.

The fact that it protects both the parents and educators information. And it’s very safe and secure.

Contras:

The fact that the administrators have all the control and that out of the blue you have no access to your account.

Procurify Makes Purchasing Simplified

Prior to Procurify, we used spreadsheets and manual processes. Worst of all we had to enter the purchases into systems at least three times to order, process bills and pay bills. Now users choose items from a product catalog, approvers are notified to review and approve, POs go out to vendors, items are matched against POs, bills are uploaded to our system and vendors are paid on time. Procurify support and development of enhancements are outstanding. Procurify is the best software system we have bought in our 25 year history. Highly recommended.

Contras:

Nothing. Could not be happier. We have been using this system for more than five years.

Corporate Procurement System

Comentarios: Great! Easy transition, better system opposed to the paper requisitions and not much accountability with receipt of material, etc. It's really nice to have the request, approval rules, receiving, accounting, etc. all in one! Our transition Company Wide was really impressive, and we continue to get better each day with all of the functions and capabilities within.

Puntos a favor:

The software came with an abundance of support. Liftoff training modules for all users, providing training in all roles/functions within. Customer Support was great as we transitioned and went live with the system, and continuously checks in to see if we need anything. The system is user friendly, really self-explanatory with the use and options within.

Contras:

Personal Preference--I wish Procurify had the capability to track inventory. So the process would start from the order request and go all the way down to internally checking the item out of inventory upon usage, so then all inventory was accounted for. We're looking at an inventory control system but it would be nice to have all systems in ONE.

Purchasing software that won't break the bank and is easy to setup and use.

Comentarios: It streamlines the entire purchasing process.

Puntos a favor:

Procurify is easy to use. While it does offer a lot of features it uses a common sense approach to organizing purchasing requests, approvals, ordering, and reconciling invoices against PO's. I particularly like that once I receive vendor pricing I can set up regularly used items into the product catalog; making PO creation simple. You can even list the same product from multiple vendors if you need backup sources of products.

Contras:

I've implemented this software at two companies where I have worked. The software is perfect for a small company but the pricing has gone up a lot since the first time I implemented it.

Procurify Review

Comentarios: Procurify is a one in all solution which can modernise the Procurement Management system. It is also quote based. So, you can always pay for only those features which meets your requirements.

Puntos a favor:

It has many innovative features such as a mobile app for status notification of a new request. This helps in allocating the right number of resources based on the number of requests. It also helps in real budget analysis which helps in getting quick approvals. Significant reduction in Purchasing time as the tool automatically fills up the standard data.

Contras:

The presence of too many features can get work done faster but at the same time may also get people confused. However I would suggest adding some other functionalities like actual costing and functions relating to the supplier

Simple but strong procurement software

Comentarios: Procurify is very easy to use and also easy to teach to others. Reporting makes it easy to track orders from sales ordering to receiving the products.

Comentarios: Excellent

I can use it any time and anywhere provided there is internet.

Contras:

I am not able to integrate it to other software.

Puntos a favor:

I think the ease to do a purchase entry on Procurify is really one of the exceptional features of using Procurify and you have an excellent overview of your transactions and other key relevant information is especially handy.

Contras:

I think if Procurify could include like an back edit feature, that would be great. Right now if you key in something wrong, you might have to duplicate and adjust according so it's a bit tedious.

Daily Use Review

Comentarios: Great - I use this program literally several hours a day. It is my bible.

Puntos a favor:

Very easy to use, cannot complain about the easy navigation through all of the pages. Tech support is always willing to help if needed

Contras:

There are several bugs that I have never been able to fix, even with the help of the tech team.

EXPERIENCE WITH PROCURIFY

Comentarios: It has been a great experience since the purchase of the product and its great to have an easy platform online for use.

Puntos a favor:

I like that it has made the control of payments and purchases more easy. Its really easy to use and helpful for the school I work for.

Contras:

Sometimes when I try to use the Reconciliation for the credit card its not very helpful and not so easy to conciliate.
