Puntos a favor:

The crew is flawless. They are so customer oriented that you will want to work with Clinic Doctor. I know personally some of them.

Contras:

CDr software and the people behind it is the team you want to work with. They are the Doctors for your clinic!

Best EHR!

Comentarios: Our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The team with Clinic Dr. actually hears what we have to say and takes our needs into consideration while making sure it's easy for us to be in compliance with insurance. I couldn't ask for a better system to manage the practice.

Puntos a favor:

Scheduling, practice and patient management, and marketing features. Scheduling is very easy, especially with pre-scheduling treatment plans. Software is so flexible and caters to the needs of our practice.

Contras:

Every thing that our practice had had difficulty with has been trained on or fixed to meet our needs.

Review of ClincDr

Puntos a favor:

Product is easy to use (requires minimum computer skills), including navigating around the site. ClincDr provides timely updates that customize the software making it more user-friendly.

Contras:

There are some changes I'd like to see with the EHR notes (templates), like the section titled - goals for future care - this needs to updated. The PART exam needs some fine-tuning or an update.

Clinic Dr is robust and versatile

Comentarios: It has been very good. We think we have finally found a company that will address our needs into the future.

Puntos a favor:

customer service is excellent and now with their new communication system they respond to our questions almost immediately.

Contras:

We are a busy office so we try to maximize our time with the patient treating the patient, not completing a note. There is a tension there that ClinicDr is aware of and is constantly making it easier to get both done.

Comentarios: Support was always available.

Puntos a favor:

The CDr team created a near flawless note template specifically for our clinic

Contras:

The a la carte billing tends to get a bit pricey for clinics performing a lot of line items, out of network billing and litigated claims. We were still paying billing personnel full time to correct claims which made it a little expensive for us

Contras:

Payment posting is not easy to read, balancing in the accounting department is not well understood.

Puntos a favor:

As the person in charge of A/R, billing, and collections, this has saved me so many hours. Small learning curve for the staff and providers, as all new things are. Easily check on failed claims. Easily pull up reports on just about anything. Very responsive staff. Most issues we've had with ClinicDr has never been due to ClinicDr or it's services. Any issues we have had with ClinicDr were fixed before we were even aware of it. Great team, great service, great product.

Contras:

There's a lot to get used to. If your team refuses to take the time to learn it, you'll have trouble. But at that point, if they can't take the time to learn something that can so incredibly increase efficiency, compliance, and production, then that person is probably causing you to lose those things by being an employee.

Comentarios: I have more time for important aspects by letting the experts deal with the bureaucratic stuff.

It's easy and simple to use, having all the features needed for an effective chiropractic clinic. I wouldn't see my working life without the help of this software and its awesome team!

There are absolutely no flaws. Everything is perfect!

Best Chiropractic Software for Easy, Efficient Notes with Travel Card Style

Comentarios: The Customer Support team bent over backwards to get us setup and to iron out a few errors and challenges we have caused.

Quick, efficient note keeping with everything visible on one page, similar to old school travel cards

Contras:

Many features available that are unnecessary with a cash only practice

The best tool with amazing performance and features

Comentarios: The experience with ClinicDr has evolved in the last years and I am very likely to extend my collaboration.
