Although the basic functions are functioning successfully, I believe that Okta could be somewhat enhanced by making the interface more user-friendly to the non-technical administrator and include more step-by-step guidance when configuring the system. > > We have been generally pleased with Okta. It has made managing identities and access easier throughout the company, improved security through trusted methods of authentication and made the IT workload involving password resets and new user onboarding smaller. Although this has a slight learning curve on the administrators side, once all the settings are made, the platform will be smooth and will not need much maintenance.
